The worker was very unfriendly and rude. She hands me some Hot tea that was doubled cupped however still very HOT. There was not brown holder around neither tea. I asked she rudely said it is doubled cupped no need for the holder. I politely asked may I please have a holder please on both teas. Nor was their a stick in the slipping slot. Now you see it is just me in this vehicle driving on these mess up streets in Aurora. Where is the courtesy!!!! She acted as if she did not want to accommodate the customer who is spending the money on this product. The worker before her did not have a problem accommodating with out asking. It is ridiculous we have to ask. If the tea had a burned me because it was not properly prepared that would have been an problem as well as if it would not have been Starbucks FAULT because of a work did not do their job sufficiently. This Starbucks is 2 minutes from where I live. Awful service is why I drive to accommodating service without asking nor wanted rudeness. Starbucks PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE work on your employees customer service. Please....I write reviews for the world to know.

wow, i had ten minutes left right before closed and the last customer got their ordered because i can't talk using my voice through machine to make order and when i arrived at windows then i had chance to make my order by the window but no one at windows right before eight o'clock even i hit honked and i knocked the window but no luck then i saw pink hair masked guy reappeared in five minutes later after eight o'clock and he isn't willing do anything because he did purposed to shut down immediately right before eight o'clock. I am Deaf customer and can they do that to anybody like me? did i get treat right as customer?

They literally don’t care about your special request even though you are PAYING WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I sincerely hope they receive the same treatment at the next 5 places they go. I asked for light ice and they doubled the ice. I asked for an extra thick Carmel drizzle and they didn’t put it in there at all. I sent the drink back and they put a couple zig zags on top…. Mediocre. I’m sitting here drinking flavorless ice.

Good coffee! And the breakfast sandwiches are yum!

Didn’t specify with cream for an iced coffee when I asked if they can add cream she said she couldn’t take it back but gave me a little cup of cream but the coffee was to the rim no room for cream I asked for a bigger empty cup and was given the same size cup just not see throughHad to pull over and mix my own coffee and drink some do it would fit in one of the cups.Annoying

I am a current college student and struggling with money and maintaining hours at work due to Covid. I went to Starbucks to get a coffee and expressed interest in a sandwich but realized I didn’t have enough money so I ordered the coffee only. As I pulled up to the window, I was told my sandwich was gifted to me by one of the lovely ladies(they’re all lovely) working and I am forever grateful. Thank you so much. ☕️?

Update 3 years later:Have upped their rating from 1 to 4 stars.They have definitely improved timing, quality, and quickness.I did give only 4 stars because I ordered online through the app and they were closed. Took 1 hour and 3 calls to customer service to get a refund (spent over $20). My daughter didn't get to eat before work (this Starbucks was our stop on the way to her work).Should never have been able to order when the store was closed early (this was about 3 pm).Other than that, the baristas are friendly and are doing a great job...especially compared to three years ago.Previous post (3 years ago):Drive thru seems easy...but it's slow moving and 3 out of the last 5 orders were wrong or not complete. =( I am never going back.

I always come for my afternoon pick me up and this location is always my go to. The staff are always cheery and in a good mood and the line moves fast

Specifically asked for no foam on my iced green tea latte. As a former employee, I know that it's basic training that you're supposed to stir this drink with the long metal spoon stirrer, NOT SHAKE IT, because THIS is what happens when you shake it. A little foam is understandable but this is ridiculous. Paid $6 and got only 2/3 of my cup filled. Please emphasize this to your staff. It was not an issue up until the past few weeks. Thx!

I'm not much of a coffee drinker but the kewi strawberry refresher was excellent with coconut milk instead of water.
