This is one of my fave sonics, not only is the food good, but it was also out and in our hands within a few minutes. Also I am huge on customer service, and they have a nice staff! Cherry cream slushes with extra cream are the best!!! Also I love their pretzels with the cheesy saucey stuff... Mmmmmm! So dang tastey!!!!

Food is what you'd expect. Line was a little long but was taken care of quickly. Only reason why I gave it three stars is because ordering food was a bit frustrating. The person couldn't understand what we were trying to order. Things were worked out though, and we got exactly what we wanted!
Went here in summer no less, app said they close close 12:00a.m.. It's 11:20p.m., "sorry we are already closed." Really what the heck. Either extend your hours or stay open to the time you say. Or amend your app to noon.
I've order through the app a few times, included a tip, and still had to go inside to pickup my own food. Yesterday I ordered a banana milkshake with hot fudge, I receive it with no banana and no fudge. The manager says I have to buy a new one because I drank ⅕ of the shake before realizing the deceit. And today I order a double cheeseburger through the app and receive bread with condiments and tomato but no meat ??♂️
Ugh if I could give them zero stars I would. I usually order on the app and it takes them forever to come out with my order. I always have to flag someone down to get my mobile order. It's ridiculous and they are super slow here.UPDATESo I call corporate as requested as was told that there would be two route 44 drinks added to me app for the inconvenience. I went to redeem one of them and there's nothing there. I am so over sonic right now. Nor sure if I'll even go back and spend my money at this point.
Don’t bother with this location. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than them getting your order correct on the first try. My fault for trying them multiple times over the last year; it’s worth the extra driving just to go to the Smokey Hill restaurant
Burger was hot, fries were cold and clumped together. My husband brought this home and it was pathetic for what was spent on it.
Service sucks! Don't come here if you expect to get waited on in a timely manner. Sat for over 10 minutes in a car stall just to order. The drive thru line was moving but customers in car stalls were being ignored. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
A good burger. Service was quick and food was hot and good. Always a good bet for a quick bite.
Drive thru people don't know what they are doing spent over 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru yesterday they couldn't even put my order down correctly then when I tried to correct it at the window the lady made it into a huge ordeal and said she had to get her manager involved and get permission to change the order
