Pushed button to order at a stall, when answered I was told “Hold on, I’ll be with you in a minute” after 10 minutes of waiting I just left. This establishment is a joke. You’d be better off eating literally anywhere else. Horrible service, will not be returning.

This is on Mississippi and Abilene. I have tried this one soooooo many times since it's close to home. They just cannot seem to get it right. Last night was it..we ordered and something told me to check the bag again. We were missing a 6" inch chili cheese dog....pulled back in and let them know it was missing. Super polite ..got it right out to us. Yep let's go home. We got home and opened it...it was tater tots covered in chili and cheese. ???
Drinks are pretty good except the ice cream drinks were not frozen or cold they were running. I had to put them in my freezer for about 3 hours. To get them cold enough to enjoy them
After a long day of traveling we wanted to get some sonic tater tots and jalapeno grilled cheese sandwiches. We decided to use the sonc app as we were heading back from the airport. Did a search and found this location that was supposed to be open until 11 pm per the sonic app.We placed our order at 1030 pm with a pickup at 1040 pm. We paid via the app using a credit card.We pulled into the stall at 1039 pm and entered the stall number into the app.Looked at the screen and it said hello and that our order was in the kitchen being prepared. We waited for about 10 mins with no interaction from the staff there.All of a sudden the lights were turned off. At 1045 pm. My wife gets out and asks to talk to someone.My wife let's them know that we had ordered via the app and had paid and we were waiting to pickup our food.The representative was very short with her and went inside. Came out with the customer service number.We ask for an immediate refund and the representative states they cannot do that since we ordered via the app.We leave and call the sonic number given to us.We waited on hold for about 10 mins and we're greeted by a support representative.We explained the situation, and then were told that we would be refunded in 7 - 10 business days. YOUR KIDDING ROGHT IS WHAT I SAID. it's seems to be a policy that they can't immediately issue you a refund for something you paid for but never got.The main disappointment was that the staff saw is pull up to the stall and didn't say they were closed. Instead they didn't do anything.Worst customer service for a meal we paid for but never received.Truly disappointed in the whole sonic organization.Failures at multiple levels for a large corporation.If we could give negative stars we would.
Ordered 4 simple items it took almost a half hour for to bring my order out. Had other people pull in order and get they're food before me. Tasted like everything was made in first 10 minutes and then sat for another 10 before they brought it out to my car.
It's very difficult for me to pass by a Sonic's and not stop to get my favorite frozen limeade. I'm like a kid in a candy store with all the different flavors.Great summertime treats!Love' em!!!
They were quick but their food wasn't very hot when it came out. But a good place to go for milkshakes for sure.
Is it my imagination or have portions shrank at Sonic in recent years? I'm going for lunches that used to fill me up but quite honestly now feel more like a snack instead. The same great Sonic taste exists, but the Sonic portions seem to be a little smaller these days. Perhaps it's the covid-19 economy.
Sonic was good ? I actually went there to Door Dash and there was a problem with the dash app but I spoke with the gorgeous girl in the lobby... I asked if I could be her best friend ..... but she already had one? but they were cool ? and we worked out the issue and I picked up the food for delivery
Delish cherry limeades and ice cream are my favs here. Just wish they had things for $1 too. They could be a smidge cheaper all around, But still good stuff they have.
