The whole order was not delivered. I ordered through the SmashBurger website, and they apparently use DoorDash from there to deliver. When I called to tell them that part of the order was missing, they told me I could come pick it up or get a refund on the missing food. Picking up was not an option for me, which is why I ordered delivery in the first place. And a refund doesn’t help feed me when I was in a bind.I chose refund, but they do not have a system that sends a confirmation email or anything. I am hopeful that the money shows up back in my account, but if it doesn’t, I hope there isn’t an issue when I call back to figure that out. As there is no evidence that I called and tried to get this fixed.I understand they may not have the ability to set up their own delivery service, but this makes it very inconvenient when an issue arises. I paid all the extra delivery fees and driver tip and because the delivery and driver are not through SmashBurger, they can not do anything for me. I can’t contact DoorDash because my order was not through them.Very frustrated. Only gave two stars because the food was okay.

I went to this location the other day. The burger was good. Not too greasy, not too salty. I'm rating this a 4 because the food was good, not great. My friend said his fries were not good AT ALL and they use to taste a lot better. Also, the cashier was a bit irritated to say the least. Maybe he was just having a bad day.There was also a strange smell that hits you as soon when you walk in. The best I can describe it is old standing water mixed with drying paint.If I were to include everything I mentioned in this post, I would rate a 2 or 3. However, the 4 star is solely based on the food.

A drive for GrubHub. Twice now once in the evening and once in the afternoon I have been to this location. When I arrive regardless of the length of the line they are completely oblivious to the order and actually have to search for it in the online orders. Both times the workers have told me it's not even been submitted to the kitchen and it will be 30 minutes to an hour.Now as delivery personnel we only get paid $5 to $7 per order with GrubHub.I'm not working for less than minimum wage here I'm a single mom.GrubHub does not compensate us for waiting more time because of the lack of good business systems at smashburger.So if management is reading this review you need to train your personnel better for organization skills. It did not seem that there was even a manager on staff that knew what they were doing.I know that times are tough but twice in a row more than two months in a part is not a personnel issue it's a training issue.You can always tell a well-organized business by how well trained their people are. Systems prevent mishaps.People waiting for their orders who are for pickup are not getting paid by the pickup. They've made their money for the day. Delivery personnel are being paid very little especially in such a time as this where gas is so expensive.I know GrubHub is taking a lot of the chunk of your profit but you have to update your system and how you put in orders and how you train your personnel.Regardless of whether I'm a delivery driver or whether I am a customer I will probably never come to your location.I've also let GrubHub know this has happened more than once and they have reported it.

The burger was way too salty, it tasted like they dumped salt on it. Staff seemed nice though.

Just bought the food from them. There is a tinny stone in the burger almost break my teeth. My gum is still ? painful.The fries were cold that i need to warm it. I want to say some words to them but i am nice person???????

Smash burger used to be on every corner, or so it seemed. I just happened to notice this one was still open. Glad I did too. Burgers are still great and they have sweet potato fries. And depending on your company, that can be a deal maker! Only thing keeping this from a 5 star review was their indoor dining. The place was in the midst of some remodeling and could have been better kept as we were the only patrons and our table had not been bussed.And so we returned today. 1/5/22 at 12:30 pm. All I can say is that the lone female that yells at the staff ruins the lunch for everyone. Absolute biotch. Constantly complaining in a loud and shrill voice is NOT what the guests want or need. We will be going to another location from now on.

Incompetent manager, cashier and even director of operations (Mallory O’Leary). Take out order took 25 minutes and it was wrong of course and it took the team there 3 tries at getting it right and 36 minutes after ordering to actually get my order right. Go anywhere else due to long wait times and employees and mangers that don’t know what they are doing.

If you're looking for food that apparently is 100% salt based, this is your place. Good grief smashburger, why so much salt?

Used to rank smashburger in my top 5 burger joints. My last visit was a disappointment. The burgers used to extend well beyond the bun and a single burger was a good size and filling. My burger here barely fit the bun. I hope it was a one-off or at least limited to this location, but if not then I won't return. Also, they got rid of their fried pickles, which was a staple in my mind.

Great food. Friendly service. However, Restaurant was not busy, with only a few customers. Tables were not clean, trash on the floor, and employees on their phones passing time.
