Most of the time there is a reason to call back to the store and sell them as their response other than come back in and pick something up unfortunately won’t have any sauce tonight and there’s nothing we can do. It’s really not that inviting unless you’re OK with not having sauces show up or things That are a bit greasy if fried possibly because the sauce that was missing from the order was already applied prior to arrival! Idk burgers are usually good sandwiches fine or without major complaints. But it is annoying knowing likely something is missing or if fried cold and it’s hardly worth the effort posting this but I had a poor experience with the manager on the Phone who is Sam completely unamused to deal with anything and I literally had to say your life doesn’t have to be this complicated and work doesn’t have to be this hard. If somethings wrong just make it right even if the customer is not right it’s really not worth bickering about and arguing

walked in to pick up an order. there was 5 people working. 2 at the register, one making a shake and 2 people bagging orders. one of the people at the register was on the phone taking the order and the other one just stood there. i was never even acknowledged. the one that was just standing there started eating food with the other 2 people bagging food. i didn’t even come here to get food for myself and it was even a bad experience. and super gross that people eat while bagging food and not washing their hands or changing their gloves. weird vibe

Only complain I have, is that there were three staff members in front of me two with back turned one chef looking out the window, still took up to 8 minutes for someone to ask me how I was doing and what my name on my order was, even the doordash person got served before me and I came in first! The one person that did pay attention I believe was the manager thank you very much, I appreciate you asking. Be more attentive to your guests!!!

It has been forever since I have been there but I will always be a big fan of Smashburger. Great tasty burgers and fries for a reasonable price.

TOOK 45mins for food after we ordered… got rosemary frie wayyyy to much rosemary and salt an oil my regular fries old and cold had to warm my fries up in my own oven because did not want to travel back burger pink sloppy messy old soggy tomato’s my fish sandwich was soggy tomatoes as well had to add my own lettuce because their lettuce was welted WOOOOOOW NOT FOR $25 that is crazy I don’tUnderstand why we have to pay for this type of food

I'm sitting at the Aurora CO location on Parker Rd. It's not busy in the dining room. It's coming up on 45 minutes and still no food. I just want to leave but I have too much empathy for service workers who seem overloaded and either incompetent or just unable to manage. I love Smash but I don't think we're coming back.Update: a couple of minutes after posting this, a young man who was watching me stare at him and the older woman who took our order finally walked over (no one made any effort at all to communicate with us after handung me a receipt) and said "are you waiting for food" (???) "Yes, for the last 45 minutes." (at this point there's one other table, and one woman waiting on a to-go order. That's it). He asked my name and then brought me over a to-go bag that I watched get placed in the window forever earlier. I took the bag and his apology and we went home. Fun fact: the brussels sprouts are a unique grotesquerie when they sit in a bath of oil and way too much salt for a half hour. Our order was correct, cold, and a great way to derail a lot of good energy that we entered with. We also got an additional classic single in our bag, apparently meant for someone named Sydney; as I don't know her I won't speculate on whether it was made properly or not. I can only confirm that she didn't get it.

Management need to re educate the workers how to work i guess.. my online order were confirmed about 15 minutes before I arrived, but once i arrived there they said they don't have my order, then i show my order then they realized they forgot to put the order in after confirming the order. After punch in my order to the POS they also said about 5 minutes, and i was there for +-15 minutes. Wasting other person times so much and not a single sorry from their mouthThis happened 3/27/22 at about 1PM

Went there and had the best burger of all the locations I went to. They were on a hiring blitz that day and still got our order to us in great time

Sadly, they are experiencing staffing issues also, which did affect the accuracy of our order. However, we all still gave the food a thumbs up (smash fries are a hit from 3 y/o up!). This is one of two fat food places I'll order from, as I can easily get vegan, filling food.

Hot, fresh, and tasty burgers and fries delivered to your table. The staff was professional courteous and Alexa was very helpful in choosing menu items!
