Got this order to go...Wanted a single bbq & bacon. Got a super salty reg single. When I checked it out there was mayo & bbq smeared off on the top??? Lots of tomatoes & onions. Not what I paid for. This happened while the front was arguing with the cook in back !!! Husband got the brisket with only a few pieces of meat. Pricey for only a couple pieces of meat. Their shake was super ♡This place was much better before covid & the chg of their menu!!! We've decided bc this is the 2nd bad experience this yr...we will not return. Sorry Smashburger ?
Honestly the best tasting burger I’ve ever had! Beef brisket with bacon and hamburger patty and the cheese and the sauce is so good!
Cashier was very helpful in helping with ordering and explaining the menu items as well. Burger and fries are on point. Good flow of customers coming through. The place was very clean and sanitary eating areas were cleaned quickly and sanitized well. Customers are attended to every few minutes as well. Thanks Smashburger for making my day!
Really disappointing experience. I don't go out to eat often, but I was celebrating some good news. I ordered a peanut butter milkshake, a Colorado burger with spicy mayo, Brussels sprouts, and smashfries. While I was waiting, I watched the team member split one milkshake into two cups, both of which were missing about 2-3 inches, even with the whipped cream. No where near full for a $7 milkshake + tip. Beyond that, I'm not sure if there was much peanut butter in it, as it tasted pretty much like vanilla. The burger bun was stale and extremely dry, and they didn't have any mayo on it, even though I specifically requested extra. The Brussels sprouts are supposed to come with ranch, but didn't. Most of them were burned, anyways, so I didn't end up eating them. The french fries has clearly been sitting out for a while, as they were ice cold.
Smashburger has gone down hill but my most recent experience was misreble. There was no line to order yet it took 15mins to get my burger, the fries sat in the window for at least 10 mins waiting on the burger. Got out to my car an found out they gave me someone elses burger so i took it back inside and at my already soggy cold fries while I WAITED ANOTHER 15 MINS for my remake. I didn't have time to wait again but even my second hamburger wasn't right, they forgot the bacon and put the wrong cheese but it was at least closer to what i ordered haha.While i was waiting for a remake another customer came in w a bag of food and said they got someone elses order. The employee closed up the bag and put it in the window to give to its proper owner when they arrived. YOU CANT SERVE SOMEONE FOOD THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN IN ANOTHER CUSTOMERS HANDS, THAT'S A HUGE NONO IN FOOD SERVICE.IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION ZERO STARS I WOULD but overall smashburger went from a 5 star company to a 2 star company all whilst raising their prices regularly. A burger, fries, and a drink shouldn't cost $20 from a "fast food"(30 mins) place.
Went for a late dinner w/ a friend Wednesday night and I can say that in my opinion, hands down, the bacon double Smash burger is the best I have tasted in Denver. The smash tots which are topped with garlic, rosemary, and olive oil are usually fantastic, but tonight we're so salty I couldn't finish them.
I love smashburger but this one is awful. They don't get orders right at all even with double checking. When they messed up my daughter's sandwich by adding cheese I brought it back up and they literally scraped most of the cheese off added more sauce and brought it back and kept the fries. She's lactose intolerant. She cannot have cheese or she gets sick. She tried to lie saying they didn't but I could still see the cheese pieces on it. I gave her my sandwich instead since they didn't care to actually fix their mistake. They also charged us for 2 extra sandwiches we didn't order and messed up the coffee. Not even half of the order was correct. If you go here just be prepared for your order to be wrong and them not fix it.
The device was fast. The burger was juicy. I usually build my own combination and flavors and it was delicious. covid procedures were followed.
As me and 3 other strangers walked into order on Christmas Eve around about 4pm. The guy who gets all the food and bags it up immediately starts yelling at us about masks and saying rude things. 1st of all I didn't know nor do I think those ppl knew there was yet another mask mandate put out. 2nd of all you do not be rude as can be to ppl like that I don't care what your political views are about it or how strongly you "care" about it, next time be polite instead of trying to make something out of nothing cause that's really what it seemed he was doing. Won't be going back to this location. There was no need for that at all.
My meal was great. I had the mushroom burger and it was perfect. I also had the hot chocolate peppermint holiday shake and it was okay, but for $6.00 I really was expecting something bigger and tastier.
