Normally it's very good here but today wasn't that day. My fries came out cold....when she took them back to the kitchen to replace them they brought me fresh fries and cold wings. You can't make this up....i had my niece with me so i didn't want to spoil her visit. She said her mac and cheese was salty but didn't want to sent it back.When i was gonna ask for the manager i noticed one of the employees walking around drinking a beverage in the kitchen...at that point i knew it would've been a waist of time to complain.
Good chicken tenders and sauce, fresh!
This chicken is so tender juicy and the outer breading had alot of good flavor. Everything was served fresh and hot! French fries were delicious. And I felt the cut of them were perfect and not too thin. Very clean place very open restaurant style fast food spot. Staff was friendly. Buns for my sandwich were fresh and soft not dry like some. Highly recommend this place!
We were ordering for 3 people, including drinks, for take out inside the restaurant. The person that took the order refused to give our party a drink carrier despite the fact that this person had to carry 3 meals and 3 drinks to the car. She was told that they will not give drink carriers unless 4 drinks are ordered. All drinks spilled on the way to the car. Refills were gotten however; when we got home we didn't receive any of the sandwiches that we ordered. Extremely disappointed in the attitudes, the food and we will not be returning.
if you like over cooked dried fried chicken then this is the place for you. there garlic Parmesan sauce was awful.
I got through the drive through order a 4 piece chicken tenders with large Mac. The tenders are soggy af keep in mind I live 2 minutes away and maybe I could expect a little soggy but these are not that they are way worse and cold on top of that the toast is burnt and cold which means this food is probably just sitting out for hours the “large Mac” that we paid extra for was a regular mac put in a larger bowl and Is also cold. This is so disappointing that we wasted money on this.
Most of the lettuce in my salad was Brown and some of it slimy?? My fried pickles were so salty that I could not eat them.... and I love salt!On the other hand the manager was very nice, and the chicken that was on the salad taste great.
First time customer and I was pretty disappointed. Staff was very rude and lacking any sort of communication skills. Food took way longer than it should have, considering there was very few customer. We were told they were out of potato salad, so to compensate us we were given large box of cold fries...and you have to pay 33 cents for extra sauce, this is insane. They advertise having 17 sauces, but you can only get 2 per order? Will not be returning.
I tried for the 1st time the naked wings. They were extremely dry and hard. I loved the fried mushrooms! I liked the Reeses with whip cream, thank you for the jar. However I got to the last 3 mushrooms and found long hairs had been fried in them. Not sure I'll go back.
I came in because I saw a friend post a pic of the food here and I knew I had to try it. The food was really really good, but what really set it off was the GM Diondre. His hospitality is what will keep me coming back. Give this place a try and ask for Diondre!
