I cant say too much for the food. It was decent, but nothing work going back for. The drinking though. Wow! They delivered a solid imperial stout which I enjoyed. The drinks were fantastic. Loved the old fashioned. The sour was well balanced and has a nice crisp tartness. I tasted their IPA, freaking delicious. The service was impeccable. If you are coming for the drinks, you won't be disappointed.Wife had nachos. They had brisket and bbq on it with white queso. It was too sweet for me to enjoy thoroughly. But she liked them.Son had Mac n cheese with brisket. But instead of cheese, it was bbq sauce and brisket on noodles. It was a custom dish from the guy switching us.I had a Cubano that was decent, a little too much horse raddish. My Mac n cheese was good. Best part of my meal.Fried Brussels were chewy. The pork rinds were really good.
I hesitate to write this review because I'd like to keep this place a secret. I love the food, they have such a tasty beer selection, and the staff are attentive and pros. But such quality deserves to be known, so here goes. Awesome tacos, tasty apps, better than just good bbq, nice selection of local beer, and friendly service make Six Capitals my new fave neighborhood spot for drinks and a nosh. Try anything with brisket - it's great.

This is the coziest hidden gem. The food is delicious and compliments the rustic vibe. They have a nice collection of in-house brewed beers. We had a sugar rimmed strawberry margarita that really packs a punch with flavor and spirits. We also had brisket tacos that I couldn't stop eating. We also had the the Cuban sandwich, fried pork rinds (yum), and Boudain balls filled with meat. You do have to get your own water from a device that's located in a corner behind tables where people sit. The drinks come in plastic cups too. The service was fast and friendly. And best of all, they accommodate your dog if you bring them. It's a small place as I mentioned with additional out door seating. This place is worth checking out.
Best barbecue brisket sandwich i have eaten in colorado. The potato salad was on point. Food A+Beer selection is great they have lots to choose from. All the service/bar tender was very professional and great to deal with. The had a mixture of great music playing. Great atmosphere everyone there was having a great time. I highly recommend this place and we will be back to eat and drink again. Prices were very reasonable. Parking was a little pain in the butt tho.
Beer was so good, I love stouts and their Forrest chocolate cake stout did not disappoint. I had to get some to go. The food was absolutely delicious! We weren't even hungry and ended up trying 4 different menu items and devoured all of them. We even bought T-shirts because we were so impressed. You simply must try!
The food was top notch! Very convenient for vegetarians because you can switch out their jack fruit for the meat on pretty much any entree. The menu also has labels for vegetarian and vegan dishes. My fiance got the bbq charcuterie board and he was a big fan. Cool atmosphere with great service. They also have happy hour!
This place is a bit hard to judge. The place was nice, clean and staff was very nice. My girlfriend did like the beer. I got there and there menu was different from the one online. I wanted the Bao buns and they informed me that that was no longer on the menu. OK no problem. Menu changes can often be nice. So I decided to go with my second pick the Pressed Pitmaster Cubano. This sandwich was really good. But my complaints are that for $14 the sandwich should come with sides. U can add green chili Mac for an additional $2 and I did. I was super excited about the green chili Mac because I have never had it and I absolutely love green chili and I love Mac and cheese. When it came I was immediately disappointed. There was maybe one tiny peace of green chili in it. I tried it anyways and it was quite delicious but didn't taste like green chili and didn't have any signs of green chili. So like I said there food does taste great. I would suggest including side for the prices u are charging and adding more green chili to your GREEN CHILI Mac. Like I said the staff was great. Very friendly and attractive. Food taste great just expensive and not as advertised. I know I'll get a response that says your prices are hig because u guys use organic high grade food. But there are lots of places that use good quality organic food and still include sides for there little bit higher prices. I definitely would recommend this place. Hopefully they can continue improving. They are pretty close to perfect ?.
Had a small company event here, and had a great time. Excellent food, everything we tried was great. Brisket tacos, queso, and pretzels were all stars. Service was perfect too and the beer selection was good, I particularly liked the juicy pale ale. Will definitely be back!
Great place with a good assortment of beer, made in house and guest taps. Also have great cocktails if those are your thing, and the BBQ, is top notch.
