I haven't eaten in yet but so far have love everything I've ordered! Easy pickup and good sushi- plus they did not charge extra for eel sauce when I put it in the notes.

I’ve gotten take out quite a few times over quarantine and the food is always delicious. Dined in for the first time a few nights ago and had a wonderful experience. If you have a large group and want to dine in, do call ahead as this is a tiny little restaurant. They will accommodate given the time to do so. The service was great and food excellent. The sushi came out very quickly even though we had a large group, and the server was very attentive. Definitely recommend!
I went crazy here, teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef, miso soup, California roll, crab roll, ebi and beers. Love the food and atmosphere, perfect portion sizes. 2nd time had to have flavors I missed. Ohhhhh so good and very filling.
Delivery drivers are the ones who kept businesses up and running during Covid. With the gas price rising and long wait at the restaurants they are barely making minimum. Delivery drivers are also your customer! Why can’t they use restroom? They work for you and your customer. If they are not at the restaurant, they are on the road driving. Where else would they go? Stopping by somewhere else is time consuming since they have to deliver the order on time. Treat your delivery drivers well!
Such a great dining experience! The sushi and sashimi were absolutely delicious. Be sure and try the hot sake - we tried the golden sake semi/sweet and it was the perfect end to our meal. The Wasabi had a great kick but wasn't over the top. Highly recommend this little gem! Obviously the locals knew about this great sushi spot because they were super busy - yet they took great care to make sure we were not overlooked and had our order quickly. We will be back!
Excellent selection and quality. We stopped in and actually ate inside, which was nicer than anticipated. It’s actually a good date spot if you’re looking for something chill but nothing too romantic. The prices are fine, if it was $1-$2 cheaper that would great, but the taste and quality is on point. I came in with 3 other people and we ordered 9 rolls along with some edamame. We also ordered some Sapporos and wine. The meal took around 30 minutes to come out and it was displayed beautifully on a sushi boat. The staff was really friendly and the facility was clean.Overall, we recommend you stop by Shoyu for some delicious sushi in the burbs. Enjoy!
This was how my chicken katsu arrived. Sushi was good but very thin and small slices. Sauce or Yellow tail jalapeños was not good.
Amazing Authenthic japanese food and amazing presentation, you wont be able to find this quality anywhere in Auorora. Some of the freshest seafood you will find anywhere. Worth every dime
Small little place but very well decorated. The people here are friendly. The food is great but the portions noticeably getting smaller each time we go in.
