Well, a friend of mine and I arrived at the store like 30 minutes before the store closed, (Yeah, I know. We were THOSE customers.) By that point in time, their stock for the day was nearly done. So we just ordered what they had left, the two clerks that were there were really pretty cool and nice. I understood why they didn't have something, so I just decided to get what left they that I was interested in.Like I said prior, they were really understanding and I would go back in a better time.
Really nice staff and delicious food and drinks. I asked for an iced latte with raspberry and white chocolate and it's the best one I've had! The chicken panini is very good, too. This might be my new favorite coffee shop! :)
Great Chai here and had a blueberry scone...warmed up! Good staff and convenient place for a chat and a cup
Got a morning delivery, encouraged by the positive reviews. The croissant and flatbread were dry and stale, food was barely warm. Feels like these were left over from the day before. Nicely packaged, though, and the muffin was good.
Best coffee place I have ever been to!! Super friendly staff and the most flavoring options I have ever seen. If you like a wide variety this is your coffee heaven!

We been going here since it was old Starbucks love the location. But since this shop opened and all the young kids work every time it’s nice outside like yesterday and want to enjoy my coffee I asked to have the chairs unlocked the green hair girl said unfortunately we can’t unlock it. I’m a regular customer thare we came as a big family and can’t sit and enjoy because the will not unlock the chairs. Horrible employees. People have to climb over metal chains to sit outside. They need to tell the employees customers came first even if is 30 min before closing.
Absolutely love the Mexican Mocha here, but it's a bit overpowering. Get it with half the flavor and it is perfect (if you want a little bit of coffee flavor in your coffee)!The scones and muffins are both good. The breakfast burritos done on the panini press are amazing too. My favorite local coffee shop
Called ahead to place an order and they do not take phone orders. We went ahead and ordered online through door dash. We left and were missing two items. Called the store and they refused to give me my two items unless I go through door dash and dispute the order. It doesn't make sense to involve door dash when you guys failed to make the order. So now I have to put in a dispute with door dash because this place can't handle a 3 item order during a slow time. Not going back. Horrible.
We went to Sertinos on Tuesday afternoon this week My husband had a Mexican Mocha and I had a small Americano. His was fairly good but pretty sweet. It didn't have a very strong coffee flavor. My Americano was watery! He took it back in for me and a different person made another one. It was still watery and had no espresso flavor at all. It was also incredibly hot! Did that water come from a volcano?! It was pretty disappointing and I had a couple of sips. I didn't think asking for a third one would make a difference. So, the house coffee is generally good and stronger. I'm NOT a Starbucks coffee person. I don't like it crazy strong but really want to taste the coffee even when I add a splash of cream. Try the house brew but skip the Americanos!
