Meat, veggie, and red bean ones were delicious! I was told the kimchi ones were very very spicy, so I skipped those. Savory ones come with soy sauce, and fermented radish. Red bean paste is very thick, some whole beans in it, and not too sweet.
They were delicious. The size of the steam mandoo was so big. The reason I took one star out is because the fried mando skin was so hard to bite into.
We went into Seoul ManDoo for a quick lunch on a Sunday and it was such a treat. The lady working there was so nice and was very happy to recommend the Giant Fried Shrimp dumplings to us. They did not disappoint and the Giant Meat Dumplings were fantastic as well. Highly recommend this place for the food and for the quality of service from the employee there. We will definitely be back!
Delicious is an understatement. Serious yum! We tried the combo with 4 different dumplings, the fried meat dumplings and the vegetable dumplings...every bite became our new favorite!
Steamed buns and dumplings, very common food in Korea and China, and Seoul ManDoo sells nothing but buns and dumplings. There are 5 flavors to choose from, kimchi, pork, veggies, Kalbi (Korean BBQ beef) and prawn which was in dumplings only. I ordered the 4 pieces combination and chose to eat in because steamed buns should be eaten steaming hot.Of the four I had, my favorite was the kalbi, very flavorful. The prawn dumpling was my least favorite, it was a bit oily. The sourness of the kimchi did come through, and it was not spicy.The restaurant is very small, only 4 tables inside that seat less than a dozen people and 2 small tables outside. I got there before 11:30, and a few minutes later customers started to pour in. The lady worked behind the counter and in the kitchen, she was very friendly.
Just try the dumplings for the first time and ohhhhh boy are they good!!!!! I lived in Seattle for a few years and they had some good spots but this one by far THE BEST!!! And the place is super cute!!! Definitely coming back really soon!
OMG. That was so good. Very delicious. The portion was so much for only one person. I’ve ordered the Combo 3. It includes 3 different dumplings.
Have eaten here twice and really enjoy the giant kimchi dumplings! They are huge, the size of my entire palm. The giant kimchi dumplings do have pork in them (disclosed on website menu) so just know they are not truly vegetarian. But so so delicious! My roommates picked the orders up and always said the owners/staff are pleasant and friendly. (:

Definitely a different flavor, I personally wouldn’t pair the rice cakes in that flavoring. Taste like Adobe, nice and doughy. The dumplings were nicely cooked, nice thin yet firm outside. Dumplings were packed, you really get your moneys worth. 9/10 I liked it a lot.
