11:09 on a friday and they still aren't open to take orders I was told another hour.
Pizza was good. The female cashier can be more attentive to her customers instead of entertaining some guy in line behind me that didn’t appear to be buying anything. She was handing me my receipt, but looking and talking to him. My receipt feel out of my sight and she didn’t bother to pick it up or print me another one. There was pop spilled and the pop area was sticky. Even though we don’t fill up our own drinks it was tacky and looked nasty. The female cashier can use a better attitude.
When you can’t find good pizza, here’s your fallback. Hasn’t changed in 20 years.Customer service sent me note, to make things right. No need to, all good.Let me clarify; pizza was great, this is the place to go if you can’t find good pizza. Consistently good for over 20 years no matter which store I’ve been to.
Way over priced for a small cheese pizza. 5$.. should be a dollar or two cheaper. Or a larger slice.
Good pizza at this location, nice amount of sauce and cheese with classic sabbaro’s taste
This is my first time. Tried the strombolio and loved it. Staff was very friendly. Will be back.

I love Sbarro at this mall but only when the man I'd working making the Pizza. The lady with the dark hair, that may be related to the man sucks. There's never any pizza ready or on display. She doesn't have any urgency to get the pizza replaced. Why is she working there?
The girl who took our order cared more about being on her phone than attending us !
