First time going to this restaurant. It was between this one and another Asian restaurant with a shorter line. We chose this one because the line was ridiculously long, so we figured it must be good. I ordered the steak with lo mien and my daughter ordered the chicken with rice. I thought the flavor was delicious, good temperature and fresh. My daughter didn’t think it was anything special, but her chicken tasted good to me. :) The service is good, considering the employees didn’t get a break and handled the rush calmly. They could smile, I suppose, but they’re hectic and really didn’t have much time. They weren’t rude and our order was correct, so they get a five.
When placing our order we advised the cashier that we needed the shrimp to be separate due to a seafood allergy. They used the same utensils for both the chicken and shrimp causing an allergic reaction
Best place to eat in the Aurora Mall in my opinion. Cheers.
Cook refused to put mask on while preparing food. Do not eat here, they have no concern for public health or safety.

Don’t say you close at 8 then not serve me when I get there at 7:54. I got some shoes from the mall and made sure I made it to “get some food” on the way out. So I got my shoes and I’m heading to the front of the line at sarku. I see 3 employees putting food in to go containers and I see fried rice infront of my face but all I get is a “closed”. I clearly see them get their own food but they can’t serve me with the 6 more minutes that their open. I’d give zero stars if they’re were an option.
I love sarku and was really excited when I found one in Denver. This one is horrible. Food has no flavor and they don't open on time. Would not recommend
