Terrible, being a food critic...don't waste your money. I have been here twice. The first time the meat was to fatty, potato salad is terrible. Second time, pork sandwich was dry and the greens were not seasoned properly, made with bacon and not salt pork.Only one kinda green, it's better if you mix it up.Collard and mustard ect.Im from Louisiana and I would never comment this place

This place was very good with Diner like setting food is good.

I may be biased being from Houston, but this was so-so barbecue. I wish the mac and cheese was cheesier, and the brisket was super dry. But the ribs were okay, the corn bread was awesome and so were the burnt ends. A little pricey but with the cost of rent and gas, I'm sure that's the reason for the price. The ambiance is great and the workers are pleasant. If you want barbecue in Denver, check it out, but it's not Texas barbeque.

Loved Rolling Smoke bbq , first time here. Ribs were falling off the bone and flavorful. Smoked collard greens and beans were delicious. Defy coming back ?

Food is decent but a little pricey. The mac and cheese isn't your traditional mac n cheese; it's got the same spicing as the French fries served here. The pulled pork is legit.

Got the Brisket, which for additional money I would expect to be over the top. Instead I got a thin dry meat, smoked only on one side. The “Texas toast” was buttered and toasted white bread, probably about to expire from their sandwiches. Sauces all seemed to be store-bought variety and nothing stood out. Only thing that was worth the eat was the Mac n cheese, it was pretty good.

Owners take great care even with the side dishes. Collards & cole slaw are top of the class. Meat is perfect, and presented in large portions. Even the Sweet tea is just right, and not overly sweet. Personable service, too.

My current go-to BBQ place in town! Easy to park at Stanley, run in, order at the counter. 2-meat plate, pick 2 sides. The green chili is very tasty, and I alternate between brisket, pulled pork, and burnt ends.I can't comment on the sauces since I don't add any, good as-is, no need to dump sugar on it! Try to avoid the hard rush hours if you're looking to grab and go.

Whenever I get down to Aurora, and it's the right day and time, I'll stop in for some burnt ends, collard greens, and incredible sauce. They're doing killer barbecue here, and its some of the best in the state. Incredible.

This BBQ place was everything you want from bbq. Tender meat, great flavor, great sauces, and delicious sides. Best BBQ I've had in a long time.
