MY WHOLE MESSAGE WAS NOT READ! I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE RUDE BARTENDER!I love this location and our server Brittany! She had a friendly positive attitude and we always tip her VERY well!! She is the reason we keep coming back!The manager stopped at our table and greeted us as well and we had a friendly conversation!However, today my fiancée and I encountered a problem!! The bartender was DISGUSTINGLY rude!! (Young black lady-fair skinned curly hair in a bun) when we arrived I noticed my friend was waiting to be seated as well the bartender talked over us, didn’t say excuse me (as she handed her her order) and she was very “gossipy” with other employees! She needs a training course on what customer service entails and how to excuse herself when people are talking! She was cleaning the tables and kept pulling out her cell phone! And it was not “work related” based off of the conversation! UNACCEPTABLE! Besides that the service and the food was amazing!!!!!! Job well done!!’
We went for dinner. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and they seated us at our table pretty quickly. We sat in a booth across from the bar, and surprisingly was very cozy.The staff was friendly. Our server was amazing, knowledgable, and fast. Our food was delicious! We ordered appetizers, salads, biscuits (so yummy), and multiple main dishes. We loved everything we ordered, and the drinks were very tasty.Overall, our experience was very pleasant, and we will definitely be returning to this particular restaurant.
Food was great. Server was great. However there were 18 of us and our group gets together once a month. It was set up that there would be separate checks. At the end we were given one of those little table computer things with all 18 people's charges on it. One computer for all of us. It took forever. We are a group of seniors and expected a paper check for each of us. Someone wanted to pay cash others wanted to charge it. Personally, I felt grateful that I was one of the first ones that could check out. They had to put tables together for us so they should have maybe had one of those computers for each of the tables they put together. But what they should have done is done a single check for each of us to start with. Pretty sure our group won't return.
Manager said ten minute wait at 2:00. He had only one server. I waited five minutes and then got seated. I saw about 3/4 servers. I think he didnât want any more business.
Fatherâs Day
It was a good visit. Austin was polite. He took a little time getting back to us with requests but we were seated outside of his section so we were patient. The food was delicious. One of our plates came out with hair in it. Austin did confirm that and took it away. I received an apology but no comps or desert. I thought that was odd considering the inconvenience of having to wait for them to remake my meal. Everyone else had a great meal.
Most of the time our dinners are predictable and good. This last time my salad was swimming in dressing. The salmon was a little dry. I didnât complain. It just didnât wow me. And itâs not cheap. I like wowâ¦
We frequent this location often, and I really enjoy the wait staff. We have usually have Jason (who my kids just adore!) but last night, we had Brittany. She was wonderful. Our food was super quick, hot, fresh and really good. She helped us get a to go order to bring home for someone, and the overall experience was wonderful.
Our waitress was wonderful and attentive. I got the New York strip and lobster tail. I know... don't get steak at a seafood place. The texture of the steak was rubbery. The tail was amazing, but I've been to Maine, and that was a baby tail. I swear I've had crawfish bigger than that. The food was mediocre for the price.
I had not been to Red Lobster in quite awhile. The service was great, the restaurant was clean. I ordered 1.5 lbs of snow crab, 44.00. Way overpriced as they were literally soaking. The Chef did not allow them to drain at all. It was as if I had crab soup. Fishy water covered the plate the table, me and my husband as I was trying to crack them. I should have sent them back for a new order but didn't. That was my fault as I am sure they would have made new ones. I will go again and order what I normally do shrimp Scampi. Yum ?
