I like it until people start smoking weed inside, that's when I know it's time for me to leave. I wish the weed smoking would stay outside of the building. Hard to breathe with all that weed smoking going on inside the place.

Always love rack ems! The pool tables are always fantastic and never have issues. The drinks made by shelvey were delicious and the bar food is good. The environment is awesome and I always recommend this place to everyone.
Cool place but pool tables are nasty got blood on tables the bartender robbed me started a tab she had the nerve to tell me I ordered 15 shots ??? first off I know what I drink and spend I brought Hennessey before I got to the place had it in my car ! I ordered 6 shot and got charged for 15 shots please don’t run a tab here cause they steal your money and cover each other the night bartender is a joke ! If you gone drink pay in cash!

Came here with a group, immediately was met with questionable customer service. The woman who was working got into a confrontation with another customer and appeared to be drinking. The pool tables were stained and dirty the bathrooms were not clean. The same woman closed the bar without announcing last call. She was busy on her phone to tell us they weren’t serving drinks for the rest of the night. The woman was very defensive and did not provide any customer service. I would not recommend to visit this pool hall the atmosphere is generally uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
What a dump this place is. Pool tables are absolutely filthy. Too bad because they are diamond tables, but most of them are in such bad shape, that they require refelting. The rest of the pool hall is a mess too. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was friendly
Events & Adventures group regular, I've been to Rack'em 4 times before and it was always the same chill atmosphere with hours of billiards. Halloween weekend, they brought out the glow sticks, black lights, glow in the dark rack & balls and a DJ. Had a great time!
