Great drinks and ambiance! I appreciate the variety in their menu from fruit tea, milk tea, Vietnamese iced coffee, and more. I tried the roasted oolong milk tea and sunset tea, they were both excellent recommendations from the boba-rista. She also suggested 30% sweetness on the fruit tea as she explained to us the syrup used to make the drink was extremely sweet; we found that it was still a bit too sweet for our liking but nevertheless grateful for the suggestion. I’d love to come back and try more drinks from their menu!
They have really delicious drinks. The app doesn’t work correctly though. In the morning you cannot place an order for ASAP (this becomes available in the afternoon) you have to select a time, which would be fine except then it goes through to their computer as an hour later than whatever time you selected on the app… so pre order only works in the afternoon. ??♀️ I have told multiple staff members but they don’t care. Drinks are good enough for 5 stars anyways!
Love this place. It’s super convenient location where my boys and I can have after school dates and I can get my tea fix to start my work days. Love the menu and cleanliness and care that goes into making the drink. So it takes a few minutes but it’s worth it. Felix is amazing and is super friendly and great with kids and adults alike. He’s a great employee that lets us know about events and I appreciate that he takes the time to make our drinks as requested. Thank you from this tea and boba lover!!
I had never been to this boba place and I came today with friends. The people working were so patient and made our order with care. I’m a ver indecisive person so I asked for recommendations and I LOVED my drink (shoutout Ola). I will definitely be coming back :)
They have a lot of Flavors available, I like going to Boba places and getting things that I’ve never tried before instead of the same old same old so I really appreciate that they have a lot of varieties
I almost didn’t give them a try because of the reviews but I’m glad I did. I could see why other people may have complained in the past but my experience was lovely. I happened to go in when no one else was there and my drink was made pretty promptly there were two workers that I saw one of them seemingly being trained. The tea flavor was perfect I saw people complaining about it being too sweet but mine wasn’t and I didn’t ask for any reductions. The star of the show for me was the Boba some places don’t know how to make it but at least today it was nice and squishy and slightly sweet just perfect. The workers were professional and kind. I’m somewhat of a Boba connoisseur if I see one I have to go there and I would give presotea another chance seems like they’re working on fixing the problems other people had and I like to see growth and change. This place is the most convenient boba tea location in my local area. It is well kept and clean.The drinks are pretty good, their menu isn't my fsvorite compared to Kung Fu Tea, or Lollicup closer to Denver. But they have just enough of what I usually get to satisfy a quick craving. Their drinks can are a little more on the sweet side that's for sure.Sometimes the staff can be a little slow at getting drinks together but they are always super sweet, if not a bit short staffed.
The tea was absolutely delicious! Service was prompt, and they it smelled heavenly in this little tea shop. Would highly recommend the Jasmine green tea!
The drink is okay, very basic basic power boba. There are plenty more better option but this will fuel your boba craving any where close in east Aurora
There are 0 options for people who are allergic to milk! My family of 5 lives Boba tea and Presotea is near us, but we'll have to go somewhere else due to this oversight. Some fix ... If anyone sees this, I highly recommend getting at least one milk alternative. You'd keep a LOT more business.The guy serving us was really nice, so they get a couple stars for that.
