Biscuits were dry, and it took 15 minutes after I got my order just to wait for them, being cooked fresh and still dry, and no utensils butter honey well they didn't even offer any of them and rude was wanting us to take something extra than biscuits

The customer service was almost on point but anyone could tell that the manager was being polite back simply because I was being polite. It was almost like he was in awe that someone was being kind and not rushing. But the food... The food was horrible. The biscuit was hard and the mild chicken tenders were hard as a rock. When the tenders are DARK after being fried .... THEY ARE GOING TO BE HARD AND BURNT. Pleased yet surprised they were on point with the red beans and rice... But really.. ?? Who can mess up red beans and rice?!

I wanted to put 3 stars but I went yesterday and got a chicken tender meal and the biscuits they gave me were so hard I couldn't eat them and the chicken was dry and old! Then I go today and get a shrimp box meal and my shrimp was cold and old and my red beans n rice was just basically rice and when I asked for cocktail sauce she gave me hot sauce? Get it together people you applied for that job so do it better and serve hot food and buttermilk biscuits not frozen food and hockey pucks!
Aside from the fact they got my order wrong , the biscuits where hard , called 10 times with no answer . Drove back when closing time was 10pm and it was closed at 9:30 may the 09th. Don’t even bother with this Popeyes.

It was wonderful there was a manager by the name of Oscar that helped me and my mother out a lot, he even brought our drinks to us and the forks we had forgotten. The restaurant was clean! The Manager was really Friendly? thank you for making it a wonderful experience!
Very happy with my experience! The manager was amazing and went all out her way to help! Even short staff but very fast like wow .. She was so kind and the food was the best I ever had! BEST BELIEVE ILL BE BACK HAHA. Thank you ???
Came and got 3 meals which came out cheap ($23) our meals didn't come with any of the sauce we asked for . Our chicken was hard and dried out. They have some serious work to do!
They always run out of chicken an hour before they close. The staff are rude and that’s including the managers. One manger had food in her mouth as she was talking to me. That’s nasty and a violation I would never recommend anyone eat here.
