Oh-so very delicious!! It is hard to find a Poké store which allows you to customize all of your own options including the fact that they also display their options and have a huge variety in their menu. This place also has spam rice seaweed via fiery Hawaiian staple food (cannot remember name), ramen, Japanese imported desserts, and a nice Japanese ramune line up. When we went there it was all extreamly cleaned up and well prepped. Although we were the only ones there they didn’t get much foot traffic. I think they deserve more!Anyways, the server was very kind and xtreamly down too earth. I absolutely cubed with him form our brief talk and he’s also make sure I wasn’t paying for a water bottle but gave us water cups lol.The ambience inside the restaurant is extremely large and a little bit to open I would say for those who are comfortable with small restaurants. It would be extremely cool if they had added a ton of plants to make up for that open space.Best restaurant in Colorado for poke! reminds me of a place back in New Hampshire where are used to live in. Exact same quality and style of build when they prepare the poke bowels.
We ordered 2 bowls via Uber Eats and was pleasantly surprised. The proteinsand produce were fresh. The order was made to specifications as well.
Ordered two small bowls, two desserts, one drink and two mini sushi to go and the total was around $45. The food was good in the portion size was perfect.

The only major problem was the pricing. At $14 for a medium poke bowl, it's about $3 too much for me. When we got there, it was pretty much empty and everything was clean. We didn't know they closed at 8 so we were just eating and talking. They didn't rush us despite our naiveness and I'm truly grateful to have witnessed that customer service; should not go unnoticed. I've been here before and the food is pretty good. The issue is the staff/lack of staff. There only seems to be one kid at a time running everything. Today I went in and again there was only one kid who didn't care about the line building up and stood behind the counter just talking to his friends who were just standing around and blocking the customers. I left before buying anything.
The food itself isn’t bad but they are extremely stingy with their portions. $16 for 6 blocks of salmon? They use the same super tiny scoops for both the protein and sides and they don’t even use the full scoops. Complete rip off
Super friendly and helpful staff. Great verity of fish and toppings. Great flavors and decent prices. Highly recommended. The only odd thing about the restaurant is it’s backwards. Like the cashier and where you start your order are switched ??♂️
My brother picked us up some poke bowls and spam masubis from here. Pretty darn good. I always feel like there's a mess of ingredients in these meals but it is a delicious mess. We got the tuna.

We ordered food for 4, they were out of one of themeals we ordered, they did not call to give theoption to choose something else, we only found out when grub hub delivered and it was time to eat. The other three meals came half empty, the dressings were not covered appropriately so they spilled all Over our house, when we called to complain, they did nothing to try to fix it - never ever ordering from Them - and we were charged for 4 meals
