Customer service is a big deal to me. The staff here was very kind, quick and respectful. The kids and I just went in for lunch while our truck was getting serviced next door. My son and I had cheeseburgers while my daughter devoured a smothered bean burrito. The food was good and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend it to a friend. I’ve eaten here at Piramides and I’ve also ordered to-go as well. Ive recommended my friends and family as well because I’ve never had a problem with the food it’s always amazing . Today Piramides gets one star from me because of their Customer Service. I ordered from Piramides today and when I opened my food there was a hair inside. I brought my food back to let them know and the lady working the front was so rude that couldn’t even believe what was happening…. She kept blaming me that is was my hair and on top of that she pulled the hair out of the container with her bare fingers and expected me to want it back …. She wasn’t even wearing gloves or a hair net. I asked her if she could just remake it because it’s gross to find hair in food obviously. I even ordered something else. I thought we left on okay terms - I even tipped her because I appreciated her re-making it.I thought it was all over but when I sent my employee to get the food she yelled at her and blamed her for the whole thing and followed her outside still yelling. I think this is so unacceptable. I asked for the manager and she stated that she’s “the only woman who works there and she doesn’t have time for this”Being a business owner I am completely appalled.Whoever this woman is will ruin the reputation and the reason people go to eat at Piramides. No one wants to be unhappy where the spend money.Love thy Neighbor.
Piramides translates to pyramids in english. Saw a couple bad reviews that are an injustice to this family restaurant. First of all the magaritas are a steal! Huge serving for a resonable price. The wait time was slim to none, food was out promptly. The staff was friendly and passionate about serving us to the best of thier ability. The food was great. Good portions and lovely flavor, the green chili was unique and had a pleasant heat to it which only amplified the flavor of my meal. Lastly the prices are a superb deal in this crumbling economy. We all like to save money on a good meal and this joint is the place to do it!

It all started with the salsa and tortilla chips! The Chile Relleno was the best I’ve tasted in a very long time. We live in Colorado Springs and nothing there compares to this Mexican restaurant. Can’t wait to come back and try another tasty Crispy Chili Relleno.

Decided to try this place out and was very impressed. Had carna asada tacos with a margaritas and a Carta Blanca beer. The food was very fresh and good. The drinks were made perfect. The Staff was very professional and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice and the prices were amazing. I'll be coming back here for sure and let my family and friends know about it. It's one of the best places that I've had here in the south east Denver area. ?
Piramides was incredible! It's just what we needed after a long day at work. The food was properly spiced which is always so nice to see in Colorado. The manager served us at the bar and service was also fantastic, needless to say. This has by far been one of the best experiences and meals I've had since I moved up, definitely a new favorite spot. I found this restaurant because it had 4.9 stars. We came on a weeknight around 7pm and were the only people in the restaurant. The margaritas tasted a bit like sprite and were overpriced ($12-15). It seems like lots of friends and family of the owners gave 5 star reviews. Everyone was very nice but food and drinks were disappointing, besides the chicken meat.
One of the best restaurants I have been too! The rice was delicious, and the staff was so amazing and helpful. Definitely coming back and highly recommend!
