This is one of my favorite places to eat and relax, but lately the service has been awful, rude and disappointing... we waited for almost 20 and had to asked the busser for waters, he kindly brought them to us, but the waitress and the food runner were ignoring us the whole time, we had to ask 5 times for extra limes and they were really rude... don't think we'll be coming soon... there's a lot of other places with great service... the restroom was very dirty and no soap on the dispenser.

Food is great for castle rock. That said, we can’t go anymore. Got 2 small pho, 2 small vermicelli bowls, 1 spring roll and it was $75. I’m out.

Pretty good place for some Pho. Service is fast regardless of how busy they are. They make a point to provide great service and amazing food!

Never left a bad review in my life- which says a lot about this place. I think it’s the manager there maybe but he was so unbelievably rude, threw menus down at the table when we asked for some. My boyfriend asked if there was anything spicy on the menu (which is highly limited and weird) he acted annoyed and just said that if he wanted something spicy to put that on, and pointed to the almost empty crusty bottle of Sriracha on the table haha! Never had any waiter be this outwardly rude, it wasn’t even busy- maybe 3 tables. Omg don’t go here!!!

Had my nieces and they were hungry but not starved. They have a child size pho, just perfect for my little niece and the dumplings were great- my other niece is obsessed with these. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is I only got 1 piece of lettuce with egg roll platter, it just wasn't enough for 4 -6 pieces of egg roll. Food is always hot and delicious here!

This place has come a long way in the last 3 years! I had a lower review cause they had horrible service back then but now they are amazing! Super friendly. Food and drinks were crazy fast, even for a pho which is usually fast. Phones great. If you like good "Colorado pho" you'll like this one. I'm white but I promise I know pho. My family is Vietnamese lol.

Excellent attention, the pho is not so good, I taste another's pho and the other broths that have been better is good food but not excellent

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice and the Pho is phenomenal. I go here at least once a week. I’m OBSESSED

My whole family loves this place! The older man can be a little grumpy but the rest of the staff is always pleasant. They always remember us and pretty much know our whole order! The food tastes great! Egg rolls are the best I’ve had in the area - my 7 year old son can even taste the difference! Fried rice is delicious. There’s always a lot of meat in the soup we get (p6). Definitely a go to spot for anyone looking for a consistently good pho place.

I've been there few times, in a scale 0 - 10 the food has been a 7 ,oh god but the service is terrible... today will be the last time visiting this place for sure.Me and my son stop there for lunch and asked for a table then a alder guy offered a table but we didn't liked the table so we told them we could wait for the table we wanted to be cleaned then a young girl pointed to a different table (very small) again we told her we could wait... then she rolled her eyes walked away then the two of them started talking instead of cleaning the table.I could understand if they where really busy but they weren't.Its just the worse customer service I've ever seen. After that we walked out and go to pho 888 on sable and 6th Avenue and ots a whole different story to say the least.
