Super bummed the quality went down. This was our favorite local Chinese place and we used to order from here all the time. We got takeout today and they clearly changed up their food. They used to have the most delicious dumplings ever and today they were like the plain freezer gyoza you get at most places, full of lettuce and not that delicious pan fried homemade dumping anymore. Like why get rid of something so delicious and replace it with that?!?! Also the wonton soup was meh, just empty pieces of wonton with no meat inside and a very strong tasting broth. Disappointing for sure. The lo mein was the only thing still good. Going to look for other Chinese places in the area now. This is no longer going to be our go to.
I have also been a huge fan of Paradise since it opened and the food tonight was extremely expensive and it was terrible!!!! The chicken is not “white meat” only anymore, the sesame chicken was over done and no flavor. The pork fried dumplings had lettuce in them!!!! Clearly used as a “filler” and cold and disgusting! Completely disappointed and won’t be ordering again. Sad that management doesn’t care and will lose all their loyal customers.
Our take out order was terrible. We have been a fan of the restaurant since they opened. I spoke with the manager and explained that it was sub par from what we are use to. He was not concerned at all. He said he has not gotten any negative feedback and my comment was the only negative comment he received. He was not cooperative to my input and mentioned that I could order from another Chinese restaurant!! I will not order from them again. Be careful, you will be might be disappointed!
Worst manager on site worst service, put in orders for two happy families and paid cash only got 5 out of the 10 dollars back and they got the order completely wrong after one of the workers telling us she would take care of us they charged me anyways for it the manager was super unprofessional in handling the situation and turned around like he didn’t care won’t be ordering from here again please be warned
Very good flavor, but very small portions. Over $10 for a dinner meal of lomein noodles?
Have ordered here for years but prices have SKYROCKETED (from about $10 to $15 per entree) and suddenly the lo mein my son has ordered numerous times is a cup of nothing but noodles that cost $10? (No meat or veggies as it’s always had) You just lost a long time customer.
Food is good. Online ordering is messed up. If you order some of the side options (egg roll with your Lo Mein) then you won't get them because it's apparently for lunch (and they lose money on the Lo Mein anyway). Just stick to the main selections and don't do any add ons.
