They were rude, I ordered at 7:40pm the blonde guy literally took a call from a friend while taking my order and the woman was rude giving people dirty looks. These two shouldn’t be working here. Find a new job! I’ve been coming to this one for four years now and I’ve always had pleasant experiences with nice people until today. They aren’t busy as of the time of the order and it is now 8:30pm and we are still waiting on three pizzas from rude employees! Then they lock the door as we are out front waiting for our pizzas!! They hadn’t even made them yet!!

It is open but there is nobody inside. Literally completely emtpt with no employees in sight. Almost tempted to go inside and make my own pizza at this point.
I called at 4 pm and ordered 2 pan pizzas. They were out, so i waited 2 hours for them to make my pizzas. I specifically asked them to make one of the pizzas with light sauce because my kids wouldn't eat it if it was too saucy. They said ok. My husband goes to get them and I see that the pizza is covered in sauce. I call to see if they can fix it, they tell me that because the toppings were right, they refuse to do anything about it. I've been a papa murphys customer for over 20 years, and this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. So much for taking care of your customers and making things right when it was your mistake! So now my kids won't eat and I'm going to McDonald's. Thanks for the exceptional customer service. I will never order from this location again
They were kind enough to carry my order out to my car....even though this location is one of the only ones to not offer curbside
I give it a one because I came in and waited which is fine but I got up to register I told Calab "Hi how are you" instead of just saying fine how can I help you he just with a unwelcoming tone " what can I get you" like daymm I'm trying to be nice and friendly and in return I get an attitude and unfriendly welcome I guess I'll just pick a different papa Murphys how sad and rude didn't hurt to be nice Calab
Great people and great food
I went to this location to get pizza & salad on Saturday, 7/10/21. Caleb & Halen were fantastic!!! They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & efficient. My order was made correctly & in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
Love this location! They’re a young crew but really REALLY on top of things. Paige is patient and awesome and the manager (sorry don’t know his name) is amazing!! My one complaint is that at checkout (if paying with a card) you can’t choose a tip amount over 20%!! I had to go get out cash and bring a hefty tip the following week. They’re fast but thorough, never got my order wrong, kind and patient! You guys/gals are the best! Keep it up all!!
