The worst bagel ever!Craving a bagel and cream cheese this morning, did a search near me and nothing came up. I remembered the bakery and bagels at Panera and used to get toasted bagel and cream cheese 10 years ago. Big mistake, smallest bagel ever for $5.00 and the cream cheese was an individual serving you had to add yourself. So ended up adding to a cold bagel and everyone knows it should be added right after it was toasted. Crazy how restaurants charge more and continue to cut portion sizes too. At the same time trying to do the least amount of service possible. I know they used to add the cream cheese.I should have gone to King Soopers and made my own.

Excellent customer service! Everyone was super friendly & more then willing to answer any questions i had. Food was delicious! Definitely coming back.
I'm pretty disgusted right now, went to this place earlier today, through the drive thru, was not given a receipt... but that's beside the point.... I am so disappointed to have started eating half of my sandwich to find a hair in it! Messed up my entire appetite and I will not be returning to eat here again.
A reliable place to go for lunch. We can always find something to order though it would be nice if they updated the menu to provide more selections. The location offers a gorgeous view of the mountains from both inside and the patio.
For two people it was $52 for just two sandwiches, two bowls of soup, and two brownies. There were no drinks, no extra avocado or anything. I think this place is overpriced and overrated. I had a $50 gift card. What happened to the days of making that last for two meals for two people for sandwiches?! I guess I need to ask for a Subway gift card next time. The food wasn’t even high quality. So sad. Oh and lastly. No curbside pickup.
Food was good and coffee was hot. Would give 4 or 5 stars but the dining room was over 80° and the heat was still blasting from the vents.
Went over to Panera around 12:00pm for lunch. James was the one that helped me and he was extremely friendly and made me laugh about my choice of salad. He deserves a raise! It’s hard to find people that really give good customer service now and days and he really looked like he enjoys what he does
Clean lobby and friendly staff. Susanna helped us on the register, she was sweet and helpful. Food was delicious and promptly made. Beautiful views of the mountains from the patio, perfect place to meet up with a friend.
Missing an item from a delivery order. Customer service would not issue a refund for the missing item. They said the best they could do was email this location's "leadership team" and tell them we "weren't satisfied with our experience." We'd hear back between 3 days and 3 weeks about it. Wait, what? All I want is a refund.I had to drive out to the restaurant to get a manager in the store to manually process a refund for the item. Not going back.
