I’m a DoorDasher and will no longer accept orders from this restaurant. I checked in with Jordan at the register, who lied to me and witnessed me waiting for over 10 minutes for the order. I had 2 orders assigned to me. Finally the general managers emerges from the back, way to finally do your job, to tell me the order wasn’t even sent to the cooks yet. I tell worthless Jordan I’m going to get my 2nd order from across the street and return. Upon returning the worthless store manager CANCELED THE CUSTOMERS ORDER! Because I no longer stood there waiting the customer now has to replace and repay for their food. Very rude from the minute they don’t say hello, just how can I help you. I’ve never ate at Panera and after the terrible experiences every time I pick up an order I never will. So for my fellow Dashers, be prepared for 10+ minute waits and rude service.
I bring my elderly mother-in-law here for the tomato soup. It's her favorite. The staff at this location are ALWAYS consistently polite, helpful and friendly --not to mention quick. Tonight the person that took our order was a cute girl with a septum piercing. She was super patient and professional. 5 stars from me and my ride-or-die. She says the soup was smackin'. Our compliments to the chef.
The consistency varies between locations. Some locations have decent portion sizes and this location is hit or miss. I can't tell you how many times they have gotten my togo order wrong, as in charging me for chicken and then not putting any chicken in there at all. I'm not sure I will be back to this location.
Panera is always good. I've gone there for years. It is a bit pricey, but what isn't these days. Their food is always fresh and this location gets orders out quickly and fresh!!
Seriously the worst experience here. They messed up my order took 45 minutes to get a bread bowl with soup and sandwich. They didn't dig out the bread of the breadbowl so got maybe a coup bites of soup. My sandwich came out burnt.. They didn't give me baguette with my order that I paid for.Totally not worth 50 dollars. I was also told no military discount. The one on smokey hill is way faster they offer military discount to our troops too. Don't go to this location drive a little farther down the road to smokey hill.
The customer service given today (5/10/22) by James was unmatched to any type of service I’ve gotten here before. I was blown away at his kindness and gentle voice. He made the experience just that much better!!
I recently downloaded the Panera Bread app due to an ad that caught my eye. They have a promotion going on for Unlimited Sips, you should definitely check it out. Today was my first visit to Panera to use my Unlimited Sips membership. Upon arrival the gentleman at the front counter was friendly and very helpful. I also placed an online order to be ready for when I arrived. Panera Cornerstar did not disappoint! My Baja Bowl was absolutely delicious, I mean seriously good!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience today! I will be back! BTW the Charged Lemonades are delicious ?
This place never lets me down! I placed an order for pick-up over the phone today. It seems that either the nice girl over the phone might've typed in my card number incorrectly, or I read it to her wrong. Either way, the info did not go through, causing my order to be canceled. I arrived and she explained the situation, which I eventually paid for my order. When I tell you, that this girl made SURE that my order was made within 10min!! I was rushing during my work lunch, but that's my fault.. So I'm just super appreciative of her efforts to correct the order and her friendly service. Sadly, I forgot her name, I know she had semi-pink hair, but she deserves a raise!
I stopped there for lunch just yesterday meaning to go somewhere else as my intended place was not there anymore at that location. I have to give it only one star as I was disgusted how messy this place was as I had to walk around for a while to find a clean table as I was waiting for my food. I saw the manager picking up the dirty dishes but she could go around cleaning tables as that is not so hard. I understand there may have been a lunch rush but please customers need clean tables to be able to sit down and enjoy their meal. I couldn't even finish my soup as it was mediocre and again disgusted by the atmosphere at the same time. I will not eat at this location again and I will just keep coming to the Panera in Parker near my house where they maintain it much better. Don't waste your time and money at the Cornerstar way location.
bro just threw the bread in there and called it good. barely any dressing lol and the salad was $9.29 for this tiny serving. never again.
