We had a really good experience at P.F. Chang's. There was plenty of parking and no wait time to get in. Our server, who was very friendly, swiftly took our orders, and they did a great job getting our cocktails to our table fast. The drinks were pretty good. The food came out splendid, as well. The honey shrimp portion was surprisingly large - something you don't see too often. While the prices are a bit steeper than other casual dining places, this is a place we'll come back to in the Southlands.
Excellent service from gabby, she is the best server we’ve ever had. Heather the manager checked on us to make sure everything was great. Excellent experience overall, we will make sure to come back here again.
Server radio voice Michael was great for our wife’s 65th b’day dinner “Security Table 31”. Haha The reason for the 3 on service is clearing the table of aps, old glasses etc is a requirement prior to bringing entrees to the table. Instead of expecting guests to self clear. Back waiter didn’t know what to do when we asked her to clear before delivering great entrees. There were no available servers to assist in clearing or delivering. Even though meal delivery was sitting on an adjacent tray jack while clearing old serviceware, the entrees were very good.
My ribs were amazing!!! My server, David, was kind and attentive and very conversational. Overall, great place to eat.
Bartender Nick is quite wonderful. Polite and great sense of humor! Adept in handling multiple parties while maintaining proper timing between courses. Always love bringing my friends here for special and casual meals! Love the lunch bowls and hot and sour soup! A must have every time I'm here! Wonderful cocktails and great selection of wine! Only wish that they would bring Happy Hour back!!
The food was good… but my service experience was EXCEPTIONAL. David was fantastic! He is attentive, alert and embodies the best of servitude from his position. David was conscious of allergy concerns at the table even going as far as to bringing out the allergy friendly menu that was specific to our concern. I would return here for the service alone. EXCELLENT JOB! Good food and great service. A recipe for continued success
Great food, came quickly no complaints at all.
Awesome food and great atmosphere. David was very attentive. Justin was efficient. We never had to ask for refills they anticipated needs before we needed to ask.
Made a reservation arrived on time their was a line to check in. All were non reservations aka walk ins. They weee all seated before before us after we were checked in. Why did I make a reservation?
