There's no better Hot pot restaurant in Colorado then"Old Town Hot Pot" Aurora.This all you can eat restaurant is a true diamond. It is immaculate, clean, spacious and comfortable.The general manager, Kevin, is master of it all. This amazing person is extremely dedicated, a definite team leader. Friendly, and sure knows the restaurant business inside out.Quality of food and selection are top notch7. Lots of choices for everybody. Almost to many.Two key players / employees, I am going to give compliments to are; James and Jared. However, I can truly and proudly say, that the entire staff is a rare, special group of people that you can tell, loves working together.Customer Service is A++.If you haven't been here. Best all you can eat spot for hot pot from everything I’ve tried in the Denver area. Good meat selection and plenty of other classic hot pot fare. My favorite is the fish filet it is so flaky and melts in your mouth. I do have two issues though and they’re both broth related. The hot and spicy broth is lacking in spice, usually the broth should have a kick and the numbness of Chinese pepper corns but it’s just a little spicy with no depth. Secondly there is no option to have multiple broths which in my opinion is essential to the hot pot experience. The place would really benefit from offering split pots.The staff is pretty attentive but mind you the place is huge and often fills up, so the staff can be spread thin at times but they will usually always do their best to accommodate you.

My wife and I enjoyed our yummy meal. There are lots of options with flat prices that won't hurt your wallet. It was such a great experience.
Huge space, busy during dinner. About a 30 - 40 minute wait. Pretty quick service once you sit. They should have two sauce stations so you're not blocking the kitchen and the restrooms (not clearly marked). The staff are nice, you may have to point at menu items since it's so busy. Disappointing to get your broth refilled with regular broth, took away the flavor of the broth. The broth was average, the sauce was ok.
Really yummy! I've tried a few different hot pot places around denver and this one is great. I love the all you can eat format for hot pot because the servings are a little smaller so you can try some things you normally may not want to pay to try. We had the spicy broth which was full of flavor. The brisket was our favorite meat. And get the tofu skin! So good. The sauce bar has a variety of sauces to try. The interior is also huge and I saw a couple rooms for big private parties. There is a 2 hour limit and service was a little slow so we took up the majority of that time. But it was still fine! Highly recommend.
Another one to brag about. This was my first time trying it. Definitely would love to go back. It was tasty and heart warming and it was just good all the way around. Wish we had one here. And the service was great. Everyone was hard at work and it was very much appreciated. Thank you. ❣️???
