Add 3 pot stickers.And an order of linguini with Alfredo sauce. …. Add steakI got home to find the pan noodles were okBut the iinguini had tomatoes and melted cheese and other veggies in it ( definitely not what I orderedAnd when I called to complain all I was told was that’s what the dish includes……Correct me if I’m wrong I’m pretty sure my order was specific enoughNo offer to remake it. No offer of a refund…. If I had to drive back there at 4.30 a gallon for gas I would also demand a refund instead I’ll contact my bank an get a total refundDefinitely will not be returning
I went there the other day. I ordered a small Alfredo meal. The same lady that took my order also prepared my food. She didn’t wash her hands after handling cash nor was she wearing gloves. I saw her grab the cheese with her bare hands and put it on my food. I was in a rush so I didn’t get the chance to say anything. My boyfriend started throwing up a few hours after eating the food.
This is hands down the most disgusting Noodles & Co in all of existence. The management is atrocious, and nothing is safe to eat. Every single time I have ever given this place a chance, they continue to fail. They make Taco Bell look like a 5 star gourmet restaurant. The past is ALWAYS undercooked, it almost like hair is supposed to be an ingredient, the level of sheer incompetence is astounding. I have gotten food poisoning from this location several times. I strongly advise that you do not waste your money and your health eating here. One of these days, they're going to make someone gravely ill.

GrubHub order review:They gave us side orders instead of regular orders.Japanese noodles with steak came with no steak.Every little thing came in separate containers so coldness is all but a guarantee at that point.Called to inquire and they said they cannot do anything about the quality of my order.Don't eat here, pasta is really easy to cook.
I won’t return to this restaurant until they trust the science and stop requiring masks. The county’s mandates have expired but they know better here.
Bad customer service @gardens on havana - bad communication - out of ingredients and unable to pivot or communicate that effectively - wasted a half hour on an online order just to end up walking out without my order - short staffed is understandable - bad communication and customer service is not.
Most perfect pesto chicken cavatappi I’ve ever had. Compliments to whomever made it happen the evening of 12/9. So tasty!!
Place is literally disgusting. Then have the nerve to throw the clean and sanitized papers on the tables of obviously not cleaned and sanitized. Really gross, you’d think people would do better taking 5 minutes to correctly clean and sanitize while everyone’s family and friends are getting sick for this reason exactly. Do better
I eat at Noodles quite a lot. Some advice: Use the App. You get some really good deals. Free delivery, free entrees, extra sides, free drinks, free proteins. I have to say, this Noodles is way above par compared to some I’ve been to. Very efficient, friendly staff, always attentive, never late if I do a pickup order.Make sure you leave a tip for these guys. They deserve it.
