When YOU are out of an item I paid for but make me feel like I am inconveniencing YOU there is a problem. Take the item off your online ordering then it would not be ordered. Simple. Food was average service was trash.
Worst service I’ve had in a very long time. First tried to make online order and was told they don’t have plain spaghetti with meatball, ONLY tortellini, was told to hold while they got manager over ride to make custom order, then was hung up on. When I arrived at the restaurant to place my order I explained to the cashier about my experience over the phone due to the fact on their menu it says scare kids spaghetti with meatball, the cashier told me this restaurant is terrible with customer service and food quality. When I received my food a different young lady told me she gave a rice crispy treat for my weight, I asked her “don’t kids meals come with that side that I requested?” And her response was yes but I gave you another one. I got home and checked my food there was only the one rice crispy treat that came with the kids meal(no extra like I was told). On top of that I watch my order being cooked and not one person preparing food was wearing a hairnet or gloves while preparing food. If I was the GM of this location I would be ashamed.
Ordered from Doordash but it wasn't their fault, it was NOODLES! When we got our food... ??? My pot stickers were *flat* *flat* and I had absolutely NO sauce on my noodles. When I called the location to let them know what had happened, the stupid gal behind the phone said that the pot stickers were flat because of the grill... Ummm... They're pan fried, not grilled. ?♀️ I asked if they had a new cook.... Nope. So sad. Not ordering from here again. My dog enjoyed the food though. What a waste.
I had an issue on an order last week where the protein I had requested was missing and Sandy went above and beyond today to make it right! She included a rice Kris pho too which was a nice surprise! I got a Mediterranean salad and it was very good both times! Better with the protein. Will definitely be back!

Lights had bugs and dust all.over themIt means the kitchen isn't cleaned much either I'd bet.We won't be back to this location
Have gotten a few dishes from here, but weirdly love their Rice Krispie treats the most! Did Takeout and the order was ready quickly.
my boyfriend got me this for after work half way in eating i found a hair in my food. mac n cheese is all clumped together like it was not cooked all the way. i will be in tomorrow Feb. 10th to get my money back.
ordered through DoorDash, we ordered tortellini and Alfredo monte amore and a rice crispy treat, what they gave us and actually printed out on our ticket was Wisconsin cheese with double chicken breast and a chocolate cookie. Got our money back through DoorDash and not the drivers fault, but definitely not at all what we ordered.
2nd time I ordered food from here online to pick up in the last 10 days. Got home and so much is wrong with the orders both times. I ordered a kids meal for my gluten sensitive child and got home and it’s filled with uncooked broccoli and regular noodles. Make sure to check your order thoroughly before leaving.
Wilted greens and uncut cilantro this location doesn’t even try to make sure their food looks right. Very unreliable delivery through the app and doesn’t tell you they use doordash until its being delivered
