I've been here about half a dozen times now because it is one of my family member's favorite places. But I am just not that thrilled about it. It's okay at best. I've never found the sushi to be very flavorful, however the selection is enormous. The staff is very typical of a younger generation of workers and you get about the same level of service as their short attention span allows. And volume wise, it's loud in there. It sounds less like an upscale sushi house and more like a roadhouse. And you want to talk about expensive! Whoa!! Count on spending between $100-$150 per person. It's a "once a year" place at most.
Terrible experience. Out of the 5 sushi rolls we ordered, one roll was not our correct order so we politely informed our server. 5 minutes later, after we had already began eating, the manager arrived at our table to tell us that she could get us a different roll (the roll we ordered) but would have to remove the roll that wasn’t part of our order. She legitimately walked over to our table with chopsticks and a small plate to remove the roll. All of the rolls were on the same platter so she reached her nasty arm all over the other food to remove the roll piece by piece. We then watched her take the roll back to the sushi bar where we are 90% certain the roll was reused for another order. Absolutely retched… I guess she just forgot about the last two years of covid ? Gross. Never going back. Also the AC was out and everyone was sweating.
The service was great and the food was delicious! I asked our server to surprise us with a roll, my only stipulation was no eel, she presented us with a off the menu roll that ended up being my favorite of all the rolls we ordered! Will definitely be returning and that will mean us driving an hour to get there!
The food in this place is great, at first I thought the sushi would be subpar like many of the places in the area, however it is definitely one of the better places to get sushi at. It is well worth the price, and their other dishes are great as well.
We were seated right away. Our reservation was for 7:15 pm. Unfortunately we didn't start eating until after 8:30. The ladies that were seated with us had been waiting since 6:30 to eat. The service was extremely rushed l. Our server kept forgetting our items, like sushi, ice cream ect. Was a frustrating experience. The prices for this place honestly weren't worth the experience. There are much better places to try
Mt. Fuji is one of the better Hibachi Restaurants I have tried in a while. The show was the typical hibachi show, but the good was very good. I ordered the Filet Mignon and Scallop combination, and my entree was cooked perfectly. The filet was perfectly seared but had a pink warm center and the scallops were crusted perfectly on the outside but still tender. The stir fried noodles and fried rice were noteworthy. Overall, this restaurant served great food and provided a good hibachi experience.

Always delicious. When you sit in the dining room there’s almost never A wait. Same god and more privacy. We love it
My wife and 3 year old daughter missed the opening Hibachi show as they were in the restroom. The chef did it again for them which was really nice. I appreciate little things like that. While I am here, folks tip your hibachi chefs!
Our server/Chef was awesome he was a funny guy and super friendly.
