Just awful. Horribly rude employees. They got my order wrong (as usual) but told me they were busy and to just take the food. I refused since nothing in my order is what I ordered. I asked for a manager and they said they don’t have one. I gave up and got home to see fries are only half filled. We also got a small fries for my son and there were exactly 5 fries in the entire bag. This is unacceptable, especially with the insane price imceeases
This was the worst experience I've had at this particular McDonald's, I couldn't even eat my sandwich because the chicken looked so old and my hubby's sandwich was wrong too. There was no sweet tea or HiC orange, so overall not a good lunch, don't know if I'll ever come back to this particular McDonald's again, which is sad because it is so close to us.
Ordered a small fry and chicken nuggets at the drive thru. Went to leave and realized my fries were cold and I was missing the BBQ sauce I ordered. Parked and went inside to politely ask for a BBQ sauce. Was told with an attitude that sauce was not free and I had to pay for extra. Given the poor service I explained that not only was I given zero sauce to begin with but also my fries were cold. Literally the manager (Hispanic lady in her 40’s or early 50’s) then took it upon herself to become offended and insisted I needed to return the other fries. After going out to my vehicle to get the fries she purposely bagged the whole batch of fresh fries into large containers so that I would have to wait longer. Finally (after explaining I was in a hurry) she bagged a small fry from the next batch and gave me a BBQ sauce. I considered at that point returning my nuggets that were now cold but didn’t want to continue any longer the petty immaturity. Blatant Training opportunity that I hope the owner takes a look at. A simple smile while giving me the SINGLE BBQ sauce I requested and I would have been on my way immediately from the beginning.
Clerk attempted to charge me ~$5 for hot and spicy mcchicken sandwiches. Over a 40٪ upliftNote they are $1.79+.79 for the cheese or $2.58Even when I showed the order through the app that they couldn't fulfill cause the system was down she continued to argue and be extremely rude. Even with proof in front of her that she was wrong.
Rude, No courtesy, Upset because I asked for a soda container for my two sodas at all did not know how to access my receipt, left my french fries off of my order. I Don’t understand why adults can’t be in charge of these kids. 5/14/22 approximately 7:15-7::30 pm
This McDonald’s is usually never messes up my order and the food I order is in the bag all the time. But today 3/4/22 it was a disappointment. My drinks either full with ice or not enough drink inside. My size was medium for fries and they weren’t full.
I ordered an online order- only to drive all the way to the location after my order was confirmed to find that despite that, the items I ordered (and got charged for) were not available. Most people would appreciate that notification before they leave their home to come pick up an order. And most people would appreciate not being charged for items that they didn’t receive. Will not be returning to this location.
A lady named Lora or Laura I'm not sure, but she was very rude and with a bad attitude and wouldn't want to take my order at the cash register. She suggested to use the self order kiosk but the damm thing wouldn't work. I along with two other customers waited patiently for over 10min until she finally decided to attend us and on top of that with a bad attitude shaking her head. Poor poor service I'm never going back to that McDonald's again.
Went at 10:30pm on a saturday and I have to say it was the freshest McDonald's I've had in years.Top notch if you're fine with a line that wraps.
