Unfortunately I am giving up on this Marco's location. My order has been either wrong or badly cooked the last four times. Once it showed up with the underside of the crust black/burnt and yet the dough wasn't even cooked. I was told they were having oven problems and they sent me a new pizza, but it arrived the exact same way. More often than not they forget my crust toppers, and let's face it, why even have a pizza if the crust isn't loaded with garlic and parmesan? This time the crust was bare and my breadsticks were raw dough, see pic. I am giving 2 stars because they refunded me, but I'm done here.
Worst service ever, called after my delivery was almost an hour late an i was treated like I shouldn't even be calling to check on my food, THAT IS AN HOUR LATE. Ended up having to just cancel my order all together. Thing is. I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time, guess that will never happen. Don't get me wrong, i understand a place being busy and getting pit behind, I am in the service industry my self. But the dismissal and utter lack of caring that i was greeted with when i called to simply check on my order was ridiculous
I used to be happy with Marcos pizza, the Quincy location, however this specific time was the worst of the worst. My order was not delivered and when my husband went to the store to pick up a new order he found out our order was sitting on my neighbors front porch very cold. I brought our original order home to find out we had a partial order and a very empty pizza box. The manger was less than helpful with a store full of unhappy customers. What has happened to the great Marcos you used to be? I won’t be ordering from you again, to bad Quincy location you lost a customer. Seriously an empty pizza box!
We are officially done with Marco's. In the past our pizza delivery took forever and when it did arrive the pizza was lukewarm at best. Today, 03/19/2022 we decided to order subs and picked them up. The Italian sub hardly had any meat in it and had to add some when we got home just so wouldn't feel like I was eating a toasted roll. The steak sub had a little bit more meat, but not much.

Extremely unprofessional, very poor customer service. Be prepared to wait excessive amounts of time just for your order to be wrong or canceled without notice. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
Please train your employees to answer the phone. While waiting for a pick up order for 25 minutes straight the phone has been ringing and completely ignored. A mom had a curbside order but had to bring her child inside because no one answered. There are 6 people making pizzas and only one person assigned to the front desk.
We love Marco's Pizza, but the Quincy location cannot get an order right. Ordered two pizzas, one with extra cheese and extra pizza sauce. Did not get extra cheese and there was barely enough pizza sauce on either pizza that you could barely even see it, and definitely could not taste it. Unfortunately, this was not the first time. At least the cheese bread was good.
Got the pizza much later than the window given, nothing really special here reminds me of papa johns. Not bad but nothing amazing.
Their pizzas never seem to disappoint! We have been ordering from this location, for almost 10 years and they've always been consistently good every single time!
