They had the driest most disgusting donut I ever have had in my life. I could not eat it and it should not be for sale. The girl working behind the counter was so incredibly rude and talking down to me. She also couldn’t answer simple questions about the menu. I am disappointed in the male cashier who told me the donuts are good. Just be honest. I can’t afford to be wasting money on food that I can’t eat.
I must comment about Evie’s review. She was rude to the staff three separate times while I was sitting in the coffee shop the morning of 6/14/2022/the day she posted her review. She practically threw her plate at a staff member after being dissatisfied with her chocolate donut. If the staff hadn’t handled her behavior so professionally, I would have said something to her myself. We all have bad days. This gives her no right to abuse the Logan House employees. Everyone (customers and staff) were visibly relieved when she finally left.
Been here a handful of times and there’s always a ton of foot traffic since it’s connected to Stanley marketplace. If you’re needing to study or get work done, I’d bring noise canceling headphones! The coffee is great but it can be a a bit pricy for a basic iced latte with syrup.
Delicious coffee, nicest people.Owner overheard that my wife and I had just welcomed our firstborn and handed me two bags of coffee and said, “you’re gonna need this.” Yeah, I needed this. Better, the coffee is fantastic.
I liked it! I had to stay there because my house was being worked on, and I got to stay there in a great seat all day doing work. It was a great atmosphere with other people doing the same.Coffee and Tea were good and the staff was polite and friendly.The only reason for the two stars is they don’t accept cash. These cashless businesses disenfranchise poor people. Probably a real low chance of it happening, especially in Aurora, but it pigeonholes the establishment in the off-chance.I honestly thought it was a law too from Polis, hut either way, it’s the right thing to have cash in case.
Love this place for amazing coffee but had a weird experience this last time visiting. After I told the woman taking my order what my drink was, she simply put up the pay screen on the tablet and walked away. I was going to ask about the pastries and buy one, but she literally said nothing, didn’t even tell me my total, and just turned her back and walked away. She left me standing there for about a minute until another barista came up and asked if I had been helped, obviously because the pay screen was still up and there was another customer waiting behind me. I get it’s a coffee shop and not one known for its hospitality, but still. I think it’s the bare minimum to at the very least acknowledge your customers for longer than the 30 seconds it takes to listen to their drink order ??♂️
Loved my mocha with beautiful latte art. The staff here is very friendly and the barista made sure I enjoyed my drink before I left. The patio is a big plus during warmer weather. I’ll be back!
Excellent customer service. Our team of 8 needed to use our laptops with only one outlet. The barista team went above and beyond and got us a power strip on 3/30/22 around 1:30pm. The drinks were also a great midday pick me up.
It is quite expensive and I appreciate the homemade syrups but they don’t seem to hit the mark. Perhaps the drip coffee is good but the lattes are nothing to write home about. Great service and a fun location!
I love the staff here!!! The vibe is very welcoming and chill. Music every day seems to be a different theme/genre. The drinks are delicious, great pastries and burritos. But really, the staff. Shout out to Austin, Skye, Mariah, Joe, Dallas, Christian, Matti, Jasper, and Haley. I'm clearly a regular. This is my go-to place to work and I'm not alone. Thanks Logan House peeps! I don't know what I'd do without you.
