Had picked this up for dinner the other night. A bit of a wait for having called ahead. Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. I would eat there again.
The sweet and sour pork was good but the sweet and sour sauce it came with was reeeally bad. Watered down something? The egg roll was undercooked, the cabbage was hard. The fried rice was a little below average. Kinda dry. Gonna pass on going back.
I normally don't post of my experiences, but this one warranted one. I have been patronizing this establishment for well over 3 years, and for the most part the food has been palatable, until recently. I ordered the chicken egg foo yung and when I arrived home I saw that there was barely enough gravy to even consider it an egg foo Yung dish. I called the restaurant to explain the situation and I was told to bring it back. When I arrived, I spoke to the rather portly woman with dark hair who was bagging the orders, and calmly explained my dilemma. After a very rude response from her, she then took my dish to her owner Jian Li, and told him that there was plenty of gravy in the dish and if I wanted more I should have asked for extra. First to the dark haired lady, I am eloquent enough to articulate my situation to your owner without your input. Secondly, the owner was not interested in rectifying the situation, so I will no longer visit this establishment and I would caution any and everyone else who chooses to.
This restaurant has really gone downhill since it changed ownership over a couple years ago. The big guy at the front counter is really lacking in customer service skills. He messed up my takeout order last week and wouldn't own up to his mistake. I had paid cash as I always do and didn't see the mistake until I got home. He said since I didn't call right away and tell them about the mistake, there was nothing he could do. I told him he just lost a customer then. He said "OK", turned around and walked back toward the kitchen. I've been a paying customer for over a decade and usually spend $15-$20 a week.
This is my go to Chinese take out spot. Love their food.
This place absolutely never disappoints! The food is always as expected and delicious! I’ve been ordering here for years. Sometimes I go to other places but little panda is my family’s favorite!
No flavor in the food this is truly my last visit no value no reason to go to this place if I can drive alittle farther and get my money's worth if they want to charge so much more for their food, do a better job prepare it like you want your customers to keep coming back.???????????????? ?????
We've ordered delivery from here at least 6 or 7 times. The food is tasty, and the delivery service is convenient and fast.
So much oil. No flavor. Just tastes like oil. Look at the second picture of a pool of oil. Vegetables are not very fresh, and are saturated in oil. Honestly panda express is miles ahead at the same prices. Egg roll burnt too
Rude! Called today told me they don't deliver till after 5. Called back then guy said he couldn't hear me. Then he had the nerve to tell someone I know who this is. Hung up on me and said to call back because phone was breaking up. Then I tried to call back a girl answered. Said the same thing. Just forget it! You don't want my business and your food is not all that.
