this place is always efficient and consistently good. today another person grabbed our drinks and they were so kind and prompt in making us a new one! one of the better boba places around!
This 1 star goes to the communication style and attitude of the cute babyface cashier girl, who likes to play authority, or just having a bad day and decided to be difficult.[What] We ordered two drinks. Then I found out a new Kung Fu Tea App user get a 3rd drink free, by scanning the QR code on the menu. We consulted the cashier girl what’s the next steps to redeem the promotion offering. She told us to download the app and link to a credit card. I followed along her instruction and get it all done in-front of the staff. The next thing we were told was, this offer does not work. Because the 3rd free drink will be put on a separate transaction.[So What] It’s BAD business. We are fine if you make it clear when people consult you for the promotion. Luckily I did not load any credit to the App, as the moment after I signed up, a data breach warning email was sent from Kung Fu Tea.Incredible job on diminishing all the hard work from the rest of the staff, with an attitude, young lady :)
Way too overpriced. After drinking winter melon tea for only a 1 dollar in Taiwan, I cant fathom drinking any milk tea here. Taste too artificial and extremely overpriced.
When we called to tell them we accidentally placed our order to their store, the employee was incredibly rude and condescending. I apologized over and over - my kids had changed the address on my app. But he wouldn’t hear it and hung up on me. He also said I would get my money back and I never did. Would never go back to any Kung Fu tea. There are better places and don’t want to support this place.
I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and called. They were nice enough to refund my order although the app is interesting as it geolocates to the closest location by miles (annoying as sometimes I am driving when ordering). The staff let me know that they are a small business and not corporate owned so even though they made my drinks, they will refund and take the loss- I felt bad so I went in the store and tipped them the next time I came and they were super appreciative.
Stopped by here today because I stopped the last time I was in Aurora and found that they have the BEST boba. So, today I was in Aurora and decided to treat myself. The place was pretty busy but the customer service was excellent!
The best Boba place in town! Quality tea and service, friendly staff! Compared to other Boba place their prices are worth it! Their drinks are not drowning with ice and you can actually taste the tea itself. Been coming back here many times. Highly recommended! #oolongmilktea
Both workers were very helpful and the drinks were great! The lady in front of me was extremely rude to them and they handled her a lot better than I would have. Even after that incident they didn’t let it interfere with their attitude.

Usually a line but moves pretty fast you can order according to your taste my favorite is the Thai tea boba w light ice half sugar.nice treat!!
