Asked for fresh chx for sandwich and popcorn was given old, told them and they had me park. After 10 more minutes they brought me the same cold old sandwich. Went inside one polite employee helped me. Manager was rude to her when she asked him to cook my food fresh. Other employee was rude to me and then rude to the only employee helping me. 50 minutes of waiting. Never go there, this was not the first time employeewas rude to me.

Worst KFC, ever. Even Atlanta’s poor customer experience isn’t THIS bad. There are 6 people behind the counter, one is truly working, one is partially working, and the others look like they are sucking on their thumbs. I’ve been WAITING 30 minutes for a quick pickup order and they’ve barely acknowledged my existence. I’m so done with this!!

Service was great and quick. Food was consistent and love the option to get a root beer float at the same drive thru ?

I'll start off with I'm not a huge fast-food person. But we swung through late in the evening on our way home and grabbed a family meal. We were asked to wait for part of our order off to the side, no big deal. A very nice employee brought out our order thanking us for waiting. We grabbed our items and left. However upon arriving home turns out the item they had us waiting for did not end up in the bag. So lesson learned to check the order before leaving.

Went there on 05/19/22 at 12:30PM I did mobile app pickup at 16901 E Quincy Ave Aurora Colorado 80015. My 1st thought there was nobody in the drive thru a red flag. I ordered 8 pc. side lovers original chicken meal and free chicken sandwich for orders over $12. The 8 pc chicken skin was dried out like it was reheated, maybe from the night before the 2 chicken breasts were dry and chewy, the biscuits were dry and hard, the Mac& Cheese was dry, the mashed potatoes & gravy was bland, the Cole Slaw was great and the chicken sandwich was good. It's been over a year since I had eaten at KFC and at this point it might be another year before I visit this KFC. The staff was great no complaints with them just the food.

Wasn't to happy to get onions or a chilli cheese dog that didn't have onion in the pic. My hotdog was over cooked rubbery and to small for the bun.

Poor service. I came here with my family paid and received our food and the drive though lady stopped me befor I left saying she thinks the card didn’t go though but she couldn’t verify it. Asked to charge me again without even looking for the receipt she crumpled up and threw away. Then after I asked for her to look for the receipt befor being charged again the manager got irritated and asked for me to return the food that I already paid for. Won’t be coming here again.

I mean they have chicken! And they fry it or whatever. They also now have plant chicken. Although for how long only Howie Long knows. You know? But yeah they have chicken. If you like eating birds that can’t fly and they take those birds, murder them then throw them in a vat of boiling grease, Do it baby.

Super hot in the dining room. No air conditioning or. Great food tho and I had one of the best Vanilla milkshakes ever in my life.

Growing up, KFC was something to look forward to. I remember getting a big bucket of chicken and awesome sides for the family and we all would have a great dinner together with good food. Unfortunately, I think those days are gone. I've visited this location three times over the past 9 months or so and it has been complete garbage. This time was so bad it prompted me to write this review. The only consistent thing is the Pepsi. The biscuits were rock hard and a shade of brown that I would be ashamed to serve if I worked there. The chicken was so greasy seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. It was so bad we ripped the skin off and just ate the chicken. The French fries were hot and rock hard. The mash potatoes were okay, not as good as they used to be but not horrible overall, I'm just sad because I remember how good KFC used to be. I suppose this is the new norm.
