Showed up and placed our order. Didn't realize until we didn't get our food in under 25min that we didn't pay for one of the meals. By the time we sat there and the GM Silvia brought out our food twice and read my reciept twice... Our food was cold. When I went in to get a refund she demanded I return the cold food for my refund. So I did, but kept and paid for the drinks. Same GM was rude about the experience and not a single crew member had a "sense of urgency". So terribly disappointed. We will NOT be returning.

The workers don't know how to communicate with each other because they all speak different languages. The soda fountain is straight poison. I do go here often because it's the only one around. everytime for a year straight I've had to scream at them over the counter to get my order right. There was this one time I was about to hop back in that kitchen and show them how to cook some chicken. "you want it come and get it". It's probably the worst KFC in the country. They are lucky I like their coleslaw so much or I would legit never eat here. Floors are so greasy you can tell they never clean it. The smell of the place is like... old cheese.... and it's been this way for two straight years lol. I thought it would have changed but I don't think any new managers have been hired to fix the problem. It's sad because I really like KFC. ?
I ordered a two piece two thighs they gave me two small legs and a eight piece chicken wings, I drove all the way home and had to come back I asked for my money back they insisted on giving me the two thighs I asked again for my money then he told me that my receipt was not legit I’m I just left here 20 minutes ago read the date! He apologized so then I get home try the wings oh my they taste horrible they were hard and old tasting. I know next time to pass them up if you can’t go inside they will give you anything in the drive thru…… Horrible I won’t be back!
Very very poor trained people, I had my online order here and when I got there she said my order got picked up by someone, I already paid , I asked what I am gonna do now, where is my order, she said : I don’t know haha, so funny, then manager came out made another one for me than you manager but sorry not gonna come back ever again, very very bad experience, I wonder why it got only 2.6 review, it should be even lower Than that! Funny place,People stay away from here, I am that serious
Whatever you do, never order delivery from this place. I waited an hour for someone to pickup the food and just to still not even have it delivered had to get a refund because apparently someone at the restaurant don't know what they doing or Uber eats driver stole it. Doesn't make sense because there was 4 different drivers assigned to the order in that hour span of time.
I’ve been going here for years at my own risk. But went today and got overcooked cheese curds with black burnt all over them. Called and told manger and she argued with me. I know what the cheese curds look like when I’ve ordered them and this ain’t it!!
The drive up people were rude & barely talkative!! I always have to repeatedly ask for condiments AFTER telling them which ones I want at the drive up speaker!! Fortunately the food was delicious!
Why are signs up advertising items that you don’t have!!!!!!!!!!! Hi I’d like the beyond chicken oh we don’t have that anymore ok can I get the fish n chips with a Mtn lightening we don’t have that! You don’t have what the mtn lightning Listen ma’am what the heck do you have!!! You rush me to place a order then when I’m ready you have nothing on this menu! Close the place down just shut it completely down just ridiculous
I’m calling the health department on them… Food cold and old. Everyone rude and refuse to help when they messed up. When I called to tell them it was wrong drive thru chick that took my order answered Taco Bell and kfc. Turn around refuse to give me a receipt cause she was writing it in the book, but get here to get the refund and they wanna give me food. Old rude manager wanna yell and call the cops instead of running the cameras or pulling my receipt. Just one complaint after another and they still don’t hire no one better!
I went through the drive through today as I was craving KFC. I was more than disappointed at the size of the chicken and the disproportionate pricing. I don't find it worth the price anymore for the size and quality of what you get. I won't be back.
