2022-July, party of 4.Easy parking. We were seated right away. It was a hit-and-miss for me. Some items were good but some I didn't really care for.Service was decent. Facility was clean. Prices was ok. It was worth a try.Bon Appétit!
Go for the lunch combo special
Katsu Ramen is a really cool place to eat if you want the Japanese style Ramen. The food was very good and cheap from other Ramen shops and they even have a lunch combo where you order your Ramen plus it comes with dumplings and your choice of rice. The waiters were really nice and the food came out really fast.
One of my favorite ramen shops I visit when I’m in Denver! Have tried this spot numerous time and it’s one of my favorite places I love to go to for my veggie ramen. The broth was so creamy yet light, rich yet well-blended, and the kick from the chili’s and spices that came with it makes a mouth full of impact. I ordered extra chili oil on the side (love mine extra spicy) and loved every moment of it. The onigiri was also very interesting but delicious. First time trying it. Service style was different but extremely effective. Took us awhile to figure out to press a button in order to call server but this seemed like a more time efficient method of ordering. Will be coming back! Boyfriend loved this spicy chicken ramen as well. Very creamy in texture and hot in flavor. Portion sizes were really nice too. The egg was cooked just right (not too overdone and very creamy). He also loved the katsu don! Anime posters were also a vibe.
Katsu ramen was recommended to me and I’m so glad we tried it. The onigiri was fresh and just melted in your mouth. Fried chicken was extra crispy and seasoned well. We also had the spicy tonkatsu and garlic tonkatsu. Chewy delicious noodles in spicy(not too spicy) rich broth. The atmosphere in this place was so cool lots of banners and low tables mixed In with bars. It was interesting to look around but we barely had a chance because service was so fast, really sweet employees. This place was packed and we were sat and fed right away. Good selection of sake. Check this place out for a slice of Japanese heaven.
I am an avid fan of ramen. This was my first time to Katsu Ramen and I know every time that I'm in Denver I have to stop. The food was absolutely phenomenal. There are no words to describe how much I wanted to keep eating despite the fact my stomach was full. The staff was always busy but kind and respectful to all of their guests. The menu offers a variety of options to please anybody's taste buds. There's also a decent selection of drinks from soda to sake. To my surprise, there was even a small book collection of graphic novels in which you could indulge while enjoying your meal. I'm really glad that you had Inuyasha; have been itching to read it again! Hope that you obtain more soon! I cannot wait for my next trip to Denver so that I can enjoy something else on your menu. ?
Took the drive into Aurora. I’ve been wanting to try Katsu Ramen since my favorite ramen place closed a couple of years ago. They have a combo tonkotsu, gyoza, and katsudon. The tonkotsu was fairly solid but a bit salty for me. Roast pork and noodles were good though. Gyoza was a tiny bit burned but otherwise good. The katsudon was very good.
I love the black garlic tonkotsu ramen at this restaurant. Super flavorful and beautiful display. I’ve never had a bad meal here.
