This is an excellent place to visit on a hot day, when you're craving a cold juice, smoothie, or an assortment of yummy Hispanic treats like arroz con leche or flan. I personally recommend the jugo verde-- it's so refreshing it's to die for!Keep in mind some of the staff speaks Spanish only-- just read off the menu and you'll be fine!

I got a pineapple juice and it is really good! The pricing is also pretty decent. I will definitely be returning. I love that they use all natural ingredients. Another thing is that it's really close to a bunch of other businesses which I go too often so I will definitely be back

It's not easy to find if you're following the directions that say that it's in the Hoffman heights shopping Center on 6th and Peoria... It's actually on the North end of all the shops on Peoria and Del Mar, hiding in a little cluster of small businesses. If you take Peoria North and make a right on Del Mar and an immediate right into the driveway you will see it on your left. The little parking lot is One Way in - One Way out, so you enter off of Del Mar and exit back onto Peoria.My specialty made smoothie was overflowing the large cup with a rounded lid on top. Fresh, Delicious, and Very Cold. I was on my way to wash my clothes, and it stayed frozen for at least another 45 minutes in the laundromat while I happily sipped away at it.I understand the negative reviews from people who were upset with the amount of time they waited for their order. It is not a standard juice shop with cookie cutter menu items. You can get just about anything you want in your smoothie and it takes a while to handcraft each one. She's a great person and creates with love and attention to detail. If you want a good smoothie in a hurry, stick to Jamba. If you want a Fabulous smoothie with a personal touch, and are willing to wait, this place is GOLDEN.
