WOW! We are so excited they are back open. Our daughter loves JJ's so we had the catering box delivered to her pool party. The delivery guy was so kind and prompt! Made her day extra special. All of our guests loved it and happy to have something different to eat instead of pizza. All of it was made perfectly!

This operator should lose their franchise. They cannot seem to keep the store open — and this has been going on for more than a year! iIf I were JJ’s corporate, I’d be compelled to ask the business question: why bother having a franchisee in this area if my brand isn’t open to produce revenue?
One out of the six employees us actually worth keeping in this store. The rest spend more time talking then working. If the could just allocate 20% of that gabbing engery, and focused it into their task, then maybe JJ could live up to there motto

Sadly I will never eat here again. We use to eat here all the time too. I went to this location at Southlands last week with my family. My dad politely asked if they offered a military discount and this guy making sandwiches yelled NO! Not to mention we ordered over $50 worth of food. He could have said it nicely. But he literally yelled directly at my dad “NO” no apology or any sort of acknowledgment. Which was surprising because I eat there all the time. That’s was the first time my dad was ever shamed for asking for a military discount. What kind of person would treat someone like that?! Beyond horrible customer service. There was no need for that guy to disrespect my Veteran father like that. We took our food and he just glared at us like, how dare we ask for a discount. I told my whole office staff and everyone I know not to eat at Jimmy Johns anymore. Everyone needs to know how poorly they treat Veterans. You can be sure I’m telling everyone Jimmy Johns does NOT offer a military discount!!! So disappointing! Will be finding some other place to eat lunch. What a shame!
