I have never been so unhappy with a jimmy johns sandwich until today. I got back to work after picking up a sandwich and it was paper thin. Literally barley any toppings on it at all. I would not come to this location if I were you. There rushing through the sandwiches and not even making them into ones that can fill you up. I bit my tongue and ate it for how hungry I was but this is just unacceptable.

Employees ran to the door, laughing, to lock it, after ignoring me in the drive thru, at 10:20 am Saturday morning.I've had bad days too, but this is annoying, when I wanted to grab a sandwich fast for a kids game.
Can never tell when the drive thru will be open here. No signs indicate it either. Happened several times now. Super frustrating.
Great Service!We ordered 14 box lunches for a Lunch & Learn at our office. We were hosting an outside firm so wanted something easy but also to accommodate all needs.We pulled the PDF of the menu from the website and sent it out a week in advance. The firm responded with their simple choices for sandwich, chips and cookie with a couple special requests.I contacted the store the day before, we went through my order in about 10 minutes, paid with my card and was on with my day.We set a window of 11:45 to Noon for arrival and box lunches were at the door at 11:40.Order was perfect, all were satisfied and the logistics was pretty easy.We will definitely be ordering from the Arapahoe JJ again! They will deliver to Centennial Central Park. Game changing when you have two toddlers that don’t want to leave and you didn’t pack a lunch.

I’ve ordered from this store 3 times within the past month, but today’s order (5/21/2021) I didn’t receive the respect as a customer that I deserve. The driver delivered my food to the incorrect address then when I called him he said he wasn’t going to do anything about it. I then called the store hoping to resolve the issue with a manager but was told it’s my fault and there’s nothing she can do. I’ve never had an issue so obviously it’s not my fault, also this manager shouldn’t be in charge if she’s going to play the blame game instead of trying to correct the issue.
Today, 5/23/2021 I went to drive thru to order a sandwich at 10:45 am. No one answered so drove up to the window. Anotmale employeek came to the window"We don'the open for 10 min". I stated "I was told after 10:30". He said "I was told 11", and he walked away.Went to another place where I got a pleasant person?We will never be back.Thank you
