Delivery fee is not a good.They skimp on the the toppings and the prices went up.Decided to give this location a another try.This location is just really slow even though the place was not busy at 2:36 in the afternoon. Ask for extra freebies and they still make the unwhich with the same amount you normally get on the sandwichMade a really tiny sandwich for a really premium price

This store has been awful for the last couple months. Over 1 hour for delivery of one sandwich is a joke.
Ordered a BLT with extra veggies. Got some of the extra veggies (very soggy) but no Tomatoes in my BLT. Bread was soggy due to the NOT crisp veggies. Called and the sent a new sandwich. Tipped the driver again cause it wasn't his fault. Guess I shouldn't have. New blT had 2 butt ends of a miniature tomato and 2 other side and slimy. Other veggies were soggy which made the bread soggy again. Got a pound of lettuce though lol.
Well the order was not correct spend 35 dollars. See that they don't like delivery tip 6 bucks. Just would like to get what we order could call back and complain but from looks already have bad reviews.
Worst Jimmy John's. Twice ordered the same item; first time the order was wrong. Phoned was told I would receive a free credit for next order. Figured I'd give it one more chance. Called in my order as suggested. What I received was more a disaster than the first. Don't bother. There is no point in going to this location.

There was a wonderful gentleman making sandwiches today he had dark skin and tattoos on both his upper arms so funny and kind! Loved him!!!

The bread was soooooo soft. I love the Italian!! We saw him the next day out. He was like how was the bread. He remembered us. Great customer experience..
Tried the Beach club.. it's now my new favorite go to on their menu. Will be coming again and again.
