If I’m going to get a sandwich on the run, it’s going to probably be from Jimmy Johns- I feel like the ingredients are fresh and the sandwich is usually made with an abundance of ingredients. I got the 8” Vito- Salami- Capocollo & Provolone cheese with all the fixing’s I don’t know about you, but when the sandwich happens to be free it tastes even better.(They have a great rewards program)I would recommend stopping by your local Jimmy Johns for a sandwich.

Ordered two sandwiches as we were stuck at work with no break one day. The bread was rock solid, definitely old. Turkey was very dry, we did not receive the condiments requested with our order. Normally I have had good experiences with JJ's, this time was a let down. Will be looking to firehouse from here on out. Will update if Jimmy John's remedies the situation
I've only done delivery orders with this location, but it's generally been a hit or miss. They're always accurate for me, and the food is usually fine, but sometimes I'll end up getting diarrhea.
While my in-person experience's at this Jimmy John's have beenpleasant, my delivery experiences have been less than stellar.On every occasion that I've ordered delivery from this location (situated aprox. 5 minutes drive from my house.) it has taken an entire hour to be delivered. I understand that demand might slow deliveries (anytime around a half-hour would have been acceptable) but I cannot understand this massive delay.
The folks working here are lovely! Always friendly, super fast, and ready to help if something goes wrong. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences getting their food delivered as well. What more could you want from a sandwich shop?
Sandwiches were fine but the staff member needs lots of work. She was rude and wanted us to move our car because we were parked in the app parking. We will not go back to this store.
Every single time I've ordered from here they forget to put everything in the bag. I've been cheated out of at least $40 of food over all the times I've gone there. Why am I paying for stuff if they don't give it to me? Make sure you check the bag before you leave the store and see you're getting everything you paid for.
Wow when you see all the complaints about them taking forever, BELIEVE IT! Just waited over an hour and my food still hasn't came. Funny thing is I live 5 mins away and when I called he kept saying there was an order before me that was being delivered, so it takes a whole hour to deliver 1 order even though they only deliver within the area? That doesn't make sense at all.
I have a couple of 15-20 minutes ago to place an order with Jimmy John's and spoke with the gentleman who told me that by address was out of the delivery range in which I ordered from this restaurant before and now they're telling me that I'm out of their age so I asked to speak to a manager imagine told me the same thing didn't care to look up the restaurant that delivers to me so forth for sake of argument so he told me that go on your app go to Google search for Jimmy John whatever Jimmy John's restaurant delivers to you is one that delivers and it's like okay great well your restaurant delivers to me he told me that we only have one driver so therefore we can't deliver to you you're truly out of our area but yet your restaurant pops up as a fresh restaurant he told me yes but we can deliver to you no reason no nothing no explanation no nothing just flat out laziness didn't want to do his job to serve customer service so anyone reading this beware of the quality that you're going to get from this restaurant
Your cashier pm shift 9-21-21. They were rude and made it difficult to order so I walked out. It was nothing but disrespect and a debate when all I wanted was a tuna sandwich for my wife. I heard the staff laughing when I walked out. Ill never spend a red cent at Jimmy John's again thanks to this cashier
