Several times we have ordered a delivery and they have called and said they do not deliver because they are short staffed. But they still want to charge you the delivery fees and take my tip. If i have to come pick it up then why should i pay you delivery fees or a tip. Nope...i want those fees back then the manager gets upset when i ask for the fees to be removed. Poor customer service!!! False advertising they do not deliver!!! If i could give them 0 stars i would!!!!

Always an excuse not to work. I've been on hold for twenty minutes total today. They always complain they have no drivers. Their sandwiches are generally soggy. And they texted my phone number recommending I tip better even though their service is trash. No professionalism and should probably close down at this point.
I was the only customer at 5pm on a Wednesday. I bought the cheapest sandwich on their menu while waiting for my ride. I enjoyed my veggie sandwich with avocado, but should have asked if they have whole grain rolls. The service was perfect & quick and the food is good and fresh. Perfect.
Last 2 times I ordered it took about an hour and a half to get my sandwich delivered. I'm at 30 just called and my sandwich is in the shop and the drivers are out they said. The last time I had to call in twice or I wouldn't have gotten my sandwich, someone had to find it and didn't know why it didn't go out with the driver. I don't know why I gave them another try today. The driver was super sweet and apologetic, but everyone who has answered the phone seems to hate their life. I never like to assume based on just a few pieces of evidence, maybe the evening crew is great, but every experience I have had this year makes it look like no one cares at all. This place could use new management and a mindset cleanse.

I’m an EMT and stopped in here to pick up a sandwich during some down time on shift. Right after paying for the sandwich we got an emergency call and I had to leave. We were able to come back several hours later to get a new sandwich. When I walked back in the clerk remembered me. They had to throw away the old sandwich because it was sitting out for too long, but they made me a new fresh sandwich free of charge and even gave me a free cookie. This location never has a driver. Being one of the only places that offers delivery without a third party company (doordash, ubereats) it's extremely annoying and inconvenient for those without transportation. I suggest the management figure it out or deliver the food themselves.
Ordered delivery last night, 10 mins go by and i forgot to add a kickin ranch so we call back to see if our order left yet so we can pay to add it. The guy answers the phone like "oh we were just about to call you, we don't have a driver so you can come pick it up or we can cancel it" so basically if we didn't call we would have been waiting for something that was never coming. Also prepaid and tipped so hopefully i get money back asap or we will have another problem ??♀️
Please do not order from this store... I've tried and tried ordering for delivery from them and it's always SUPER SLOW... Like over an hour slow... My last straw was today. 1.5 hours and it hadn't even left the building. Cancelled the order. Now, starving because they can't figure out how to deliver food... SAD DAY since I genuinely enjoy their food.
If I could give no stars I would. It took and hour and a half to get my order. I ordered a diet coke which they didn't have and they gave me a cup of tap water. Not bottle water tap water! The sandwich was not made how I requested. No napkins, no mustard or mayo packets.
