Got a greek salad with anchovies. Never had a place cook the anchovies before. They were burnt and tasted like burnt salt. The salad was brown too. The gluten free pizza had the crust so thick we couldn't eat it.

I’m from Michigan and love jets. This jets is 2 miles from my house but I drive 7 miles to the Parker location. Once every 6mos I give this one another chance.100% of the time my order ends up atleast partially incorrect (not uncommon to be missing half the order on a delivery)75% of the time the product is just bad (eg someone dumped a cup of butter on the bread, the sauce on the pizza was missing seasoning, the sauce was dumped in literally one spot on the pizza, etc)If you like jets, drive to Parker

Put in an order at 6:30 for a 7:30 pickup. Came in to pick up my order at 7:30 was told "a few minutes" and it's now been a half hour and I've just been told the third time after watching multiple orders come in after mine and leave it'll still be "a few minutes" by quite possibly one of the rudest staff members I've ever had to deal with. I wasn't even being rude about it. Won't be going to this location again.

Ordered at 6:52pm called to see of they had my right address at 8pm because we were told it would take 45 min. They said it was on its way. 8:19 delivery driver shows up but didn't arrive at my location so I had to go find him. Gives me an order I give him the cash plus tip. I open order it wasn't mine. I grab the wrong order and head to my car to go to jets pizza. Driver tries to convince me it's OK to take the wrong order I said I was going to go get the right order he freaks out jumps in his car and follows me closely all the way to jets pizza. I show my receipt and told them it was the wrong order. I wanted a refund. They said the driver counted the money and it was 10 dollars short. We counted the money twice before we hand it to him. I told them to make my pizza so we could eat and keep the money. Manager offered no apology and defended the driver for having been employed for 2 years without an incident. I told him just because I'm black doesn't make me a liar. We leave and head home. I check my servailance camera and have him counting the money in his vehicle. Clear as day. The replacement pizza was made with to much cheese and way to many jalapeños, My first and last experience leaves me puzzled about this jets pizza location. There needs to be an intervention and perhaps jets pizza can restore its reputation in this community. This is not how a business should operate.

So I give a five cause its just a game changer for the normal pizza night. I was a lover if jets in Florida too. But they got good people there. Mm how u can change ur crust flavor. Some delicious trick call me crazy.

Don’t eat here! Frozen pizza is a better option. Employees come out of the bathroom and don’t wash their hands, stand around and scratch their face and then touch your pizza and food. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, and the health dept should shut it down. NEVER COMING BACK

Don’t know why this place has gotten any hate on the reviews— from the second I walked in on a freezing cold night I was welcomed like a friend. It’s a neighborhood pizza joint and the management really strives to make it a great experience. The pizza was cooked perfectly— their deep dish is stellar! I will for sure be coming back to this location in particular, as the management really treated me well.

I walked in to Jet's pizza thinking it would be a good different style pizza to have during the NCF Championship game last Sunday. I ordered a large Peperoni/mushroom, I was given an olive/Ham pizza. I called the store back to let them know I either was given someone else's pizza or a mistake was made. The first person I spoke with was apologetic and offered to either remake or refund the price, both reasonable offers. After being on hold a women said that I did in fact order an olive/ham pizza and the wont fix my mistake. Keep in mind I never asked for anything from them, their employee offered two options. After some discussion I said we would throw the pizza away (in the picture you will see why) and never visit Jet Pizza again. She responded with "that's perfectly fine with me, I dont care what you do with the pizza". Excellent customer service skills on display, what an excellent management training program they have. Bottom line the pizza was dry, overcooked and as you can see, not edible. It's like they had a pizza that wasn't picked up that they pawned off on us that was originally cooked much earlier in the day, this was an awful pizza, awful experience and I suggest that no one ever visit this store as the customer is the problem for them so just let them give you whatever pizza they want and shut up about it. Good thing there are so many quality pizzas available, as your not missing anything with this place other than aggravation and wasted money!

My first experience with this pizza place will be my last.I ordered a large thin crust pizza based on my neighbors recommendation. I received two small pizzas. The face pierced punk chick manager was nothing but rude and unapologetic for this. Argued with me that it was the same size pizza. And cant seem to keep stocked on basic ingredients like green peppers and sausage. These owners need to get their management in check.I'll never be back after my first experience here, and won't recomend this pizza chain to my worst enemy.

I was in heaven the 1st time I visited about 2 months ago. But after my experience today I don't think I'll be going back. I ordered a four corner pepperoni and green olive with a very unprofessional person over the phone, to show up and be charged for the green olives that were not on my pizza just to be told they had been discontinued. The pizza was cold and burnt.Staff was not friendly or professional and my pizza was not what I ordered.
