A newcomer to JMS. This visit presented me an opportunity to try the classic Turkey and Cheese. Ordered a regular sized on wheat, which seemed smaller than what I expected. Let it be known, I ordered my sub to go and brought it to my home (5 mins drive away). Opening the parchment, the sub was messy and it just felt like it was missing both sufficient toppings and assembly to warrant the price paid. Still it was very tasty and I enjoyed it, but just hoped it was a higher quality product.
Your hours say you are open until 9 PM and you need to honor that. I drove to your location trying to bring you business and arrived at 8:40. You decided to shut down your restaurant early, had the doors locked and started cleaning up. This is unprofessional and if you are not going to be open until 9, your business sign and website should reflect that. I will be writing corpo as well.
Would you like some sandwich with your oil? My bread is practically oatmeal, great job, guys, my 8 year old niece makes better sandwiches than you... I gave some clown a tip for this? YIKES.
Best sub's in town hot fresh, cold sub's are equally as delicious courteous and friendly, what more can you ask for. Tower road and Hamden ??♥️
I don't normally write Google reviews, but ay, caramba, this place is slow! I waited about 30 minutes for a basic Philly and finally had to walk out without my sandwich. The staff moves at a snail's pace, and doesn't monitor which customers pick up which sandwiches (I'm pretty sure someone else stole my sandwich) or even whether they pay. DO NOT stop in for lunch.
I've never had a problem with this location. Fast friendly service and the food is delicious!
The location on tower road in aurora is by far the Worst location I've ever been to. It's close to my house so that's the only reason I come but I will start driving to Parker. The customer service is so horrendous, the only employee who has a great personality is one of the guys who slices the meats and starts the sandwich. The rest of them have no pride for their jobs, you can actually tell they HATE their job. Seriously, get a whole new crew or train them on customer service. If you do go here, just expect that they only want to do mikes way, they don't want to give you options for bread if you ask the wrong person, they get annoyed when you don't want it mikes way, seriously, y'all should quit your jobs and work at Walmart.
Usually perfect sandwiches. But tonight totally wrong order!! Ordered 2 very different sandwiches, but picked up 2 of the same?!
As far as fast food sandwich shops go Jersey Mike's is the best.
Came in 6::00 ish Sunday, ordered a Philly and an Italian, the long dark haired guy told me it would be at least 10 minutes before they even start my hot sandwich so I canceled the Philly and asked to just upgrade the Italian to regular....15 minutes later they just are starting on the Italian so I asked him why I had to cancel the Philly if the Italian was the same time window, he said " I don't know" would be nice if he said sorry or let us discount or something but down right just RUDE!! Not to mention I still got the "mini" sandwich I originaly ordered but was charged for the regular! Im done they are ALWAYS rude. If I wanted rude iwould just go to New Jersey. Take a tip from Jimmy Johns always a happy greeting when you walk in. LATER!!
