I would not recommend this location. Customer Service needs improvement.I ordered online in advance for a pick up order. When I arrived they did not have the order prepared and did not know about the order.Once I showed them the order and they finally confirmed it on their end, they promised it would be ready quickly. Understandable and I appreciated that they were going to work fast to get it ready.However, when other people walked in behind me and place orders, they continued to make their sandwiches and put mine to the side. Not only was this ordered and PAID for in advance and not ready, but now I was standing there watching them prioritize other people's sandwiches. When I mentioned something to one of the more experienced people, he said "I have to keep my line moving". But my sandwiches were now part of that "line". These sandwiches were for a staff meeting with my team that I showed up 30 min late to based on this service.I will never come back to this location. There are many sandwich places to choose from.
This location closes at 9 pm, walk in at 8:20 the guys working there didn’t Acknowledge your existence until you get to the counter, they already closed out the cash drawer and turned off the grill. Then rudely announce only credit card and nothing on the grill. I just walked out really didn’t want them making my food. Why bother say you close at 9 if your employees close at 8:20… just went to firehouse that was more than happy to make me a sandwich take my money!
I went in to pick up my order that I ordered online for some reason it did not go through so I sat there waiting and I asked about my order and when I asked he said they didn't have an order for me so I asked if I could go ahead and place it I've been sitting here waiting a while already he said well you can stand in line, the line was really long so I placed my order online again and when I finally got my order I asked for extra lettuce extra onions. I didn't even get lettuce on half my sandwich no extra onions the other sandwich I ordered extra bell peppers and I got one slice of bell pepper on each side of the sandwich. While I was there they did not clean the countertops off after each order causing cross contamination one of the employees was overly rude because he couldn't handle the rush hour so he was very rude to the customer.
Been in this location many times. Each time I think it’ll get better. Service is EXTREMELY SLOW. I placed order for ONE sandwich on-line. I arrived (only 2 other people in there eating and nobody in line). Nothing being made behind the counter. They didn’t have my sandwich ready and told me it’ll be 15 minutes. OMG! There were 5 employees. They need to step it up!
Very evident that there is a lack of leadership. Every time I come in the employees looked overworked(for lack of better words) and unhappy. Food is always great but most times I will see only two employees during a large rush. Almost never the employees fault that there are problems, very evident that the management is struggling. Will not return until changes are made.
Mixed up order that was placed online. 2nd sandwich ordered was incorrect and when I tried to call location a few times no one answered the phone.
Food was good but they were sooooo slow today. It took a good 20 minutes to get through the line. We watched 4 or 5 people walk out because it was taking so long.
Staff is usually really nice. They do a great job with the cheese steaks. Definitely my favorite place near me for a cheesesteak
Worst customer service ever. Had to wait 40 minutes over the time they said. I am a door dash driver and it said that the order would be ready at 12:40 and I got the order at 1:20
On Wednesday dec 1st at 5 pm I went to this jersey mikes and the service was awful. The young man and young lady were extremely rude ! Getting waved off being called “Bro” are not what I expect when I visit a restaurant. I didn’t even leave with a sandwich. I walked out when the man helping me waved me off. It’s funny in this WOKE world we live in what certain people are allowed to get away with. I will be sticking to Jimmy Johns .
