I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 30 minutes, I got to the store in 15mins, 3 employees there talking not a single customer, I was told it would be 15 more minutes I said okay... More customers started showing up and their sandwiches got prepared instantly and left before me. Why make me wait just because the order said 30 minutes when my sandwiches could have been made way sooner?!!!

Sooooooo much better than Jimmy John’s! Hands down, my favorite sub shop! Everyone that works there are always so friendly! It’s contagious!

Love the sandwiches, but had the worst experience ever with this stores evening staff. I took a friend from Jersey and was treated horribly because staff was ready to go home for the evening and they had no patience to understand my friend because of her thick accent. I can not believe the staff acted in the manner they did and was very disappointed. We still stuck strong to Jersey Mike's though and went to the store on Colfax and 225. Excellent service thank you Colfax Jersey Mike's your a keeper.

The worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered first. Serve the last!! and they gave me the wrong sandwich guys threw it on the counter here's the rest of your sandwich I couldn't even get a simple apology.. you guys should be fired

This place is about 5 minutes from my place and we go here all the time! They have the absolute best sandwiches ever.

It’s amazing to me that y’all haven’t figured out to put oil n vinegar in separate container for to-go orders. Tired of soggy sandwiches.

My boyfriend placed an order online, and we waited the estimated 30 minutes to go pick up the order. We were then left waiting another 20 minutes, and left without our food. They stopped fulfilling online orders as new customers steadily came in.

Even though I had to wait for the order the two mushroom Swiss I got were cold, not cooked, cheese not melted. Very hairy bunch of employees and no hair nets? One of the guys took his hat off behind the counter (where the food is) scratched his head very vigorously, shook his head flip his hair and go back to making sandwiches . I’m not going back….

Upon arrival I was asked if I had a mask to wear by a younger guy with pink hair and black earrings. I said sorry I forgot my mask do you have one I could use? He said no only for employees. So I stood there for a second and then asked, so you can't serve me? He said not without a mask. I said, maybe you guys should look at providing masks for customers that forget them. He responded, maybe you should wear a mask in public, rudly.The experience here was terrible. I work in the retail customer service industry and we would never say anything like that to a customer or refuse service over a mask and I work for a multi billion dollar business. I understand the need to keep people safe in public and I am not anti mask but merely forgot a mask and wanted dinner after picking my kid up from school.Sadly I won't be returning to this location after being a customer with Jersey Mike's for over a decade.

Says they're open to 8:00 drove over there quarter to 8:00 and it was closed up. They either need to honor their hours or update the website. Not so great when you have kids looking forward to a nice sub and they're closed.
