This place hit the right spot in my tummy after a long flight! All of their variety of foods like teriyaki rice bowls, tacos, all day breakfast, chicken pitas, salads, and etc will take even tame the pickiest of eaters!? However it was like 90°F in the lobby you'd think their fireplace is on (yes they have one) and if wanted to counter that with a cold beverage, their ice machine was broken too?... I'd say this place is a better late night craving spot than anything else! ??? 3 tasty tongues out of 5

I came from out of town to work today & desperately needing to eat, went through the drive thru & placed my order. As I approached the window I realized I didn't bring my wallet with me today! I thought perhaps I could order online somehow to pay with a card saved, and they helped me install the App but after doing so & duplicating the order we discovered there's no way to access your card from the app unless you enter & and save it. Rather than embarrass me they sent me on my way with my food...I still need to figure out how to pay them. Angel & Janella were both angels today, & you can be sure I will be back to reward them! I've not tasted the food yet but I got a huge dose of kindness, patience and understanding from them!
Shake machine was down. Forgot a portion of my order. So I had to go back. Food(all of it)was lukewarm at best. Even the fries. The fries were not fresh at all either
Tiny tacos, roost fries and especially the iced caramel coffee were delicious. Employee (listed as Josue on the receipt) was helpful and very polite.6 pm Sunday night 6/5
Waited in line for 45 minutes for them to not have my order ready and get my order wrong- wasting my time and money. Not sure how the 5 people inside can't get one simple order right but there's no way I'm wasting more time waiting in the 45 minute long line trying to get my food fixed so now I don't get to eat dinner either?
The food is always good, but the service is lacking. In this particular instance, half my doordash order never made it to my driver, so I ended up having to drive there myself. I waited in a decently long line for about 10min. When I pulled up to the window I saw about 5 young guys; employees, just hanging out behind the counter, talking and drinking coffee, while there was a full line of cars behind me. I informed them of my missing order and they just closed the window without saying a word. Eventually they popped out with the remainder of my order. I spent ~20min at this point, gas, and doordash fees already paid, to come and get this order that they forgot to hand off. I thought it would be appropriate to ask for some complimentary popcorn chicken (since they come in smaller portions than I expected), and I was informed that it "could not be done". I am dissapointed with how things were handled. Their food balances this review out to a 3-star instead of a 1-star.
my family and I had to go in to order food because we where pulling a trailer and couldn't use the drive thru. There was only two cars in the drive thru and no one in the lobby. Not busy at all yet we waited 7 minutes for the two people at the counter to even acknowledge we were trying to place an order. They seemed very irritated we interrupted their conversation by being there. They couldn't understand English and we had to show them the menu and point out what we wanted. Everyone was EXTREMELY RUDE and pointing at us talking in another language. After all this the food was cold and the fries were stale. Definitely NEVER going back and would never suggest to stop to anyone.
Went in Sunday 4/3 around 545 and ordered chicken strips meal to go. Waited about 15 minutes and then left with my food. Checked in the car after already getting on interstate, they gave me egg rolls instead of chicken strips even after confirming to me they were chicken strips. I can’t eat egg rolls and just wasted $11 on a meal here and don’t have enough time to grab any other food before work. Not great.

Cashier in the drive thru was very helpful funny and detail oriented. Food was hot fresh and pretty damn good for 2am $1. Something tacos! Quality is consistent and employees are nicer then the mcdonald's employees around the corner that must hate going to work!
