Their sign says they are open 24 hours a day but they will not take any orders from 04:00-04:45. Guess that means you’re not actually open 24 hours a day…

I would give it a zero star rating if i could with my experience at this location. I ordered 3 Mega munchie boxes off of their personal app. said it comes with 45 tiny tacos, 30 nuggets and curly fries each. when i got my food home i was missing 45 tacos all together and instead of getting nuggets i got jalapeno poppers. immediately called the store to get this issue fixed was told to come back through and they will fix it, then when i got there they told me there is nothing they can do about it, and when i asked for a manager they told me the manager didn't want to talk to me. Absolutely rude and disrespectful crew and atrocious customer service. would never recommend this location to anyone ever!

I used to love Jack in the Box. Had a craving for it and stopped in with my husband to grab some food. The food quality was okay, but meh. We used the drive-thru.

Come on guys serve me fresh food esp when i ask for fresh food. Stale heat lamp food is so gross and not why i go to jack in the crack. Skip this place the ladies even lied told me it was fresh until i bit into it and it was cold. Gross.

It was an alright experience. If you go in to order, beware that there will be a wait, even if you are the only person in line (it seems they prioritize online and drive-thru orders). The inside was very clean and neat, it would be a great spot to dine in, with plenty of room to spare. I love how they offer multiple drink options in the coca-cola fountain machine they had (and actually had all the drink options they offered, unlike other places where minute maid or coca-cola would be empty and all they had would be like Root Beer or Hi-C). As for the food, it was nothing spectacular. The fries were good, and the burger was good. If you come across it and you want to give it a try, it won't be a bad time, but it will not be anything exciting either. It's the kind of place you'd want to grab once in a blue moon; I mean who doesn't love curly fries?

Don't order from the App or you'll never get your order. Placed an order through the app and confirmed it was ready. Arrived at the store and the store could not find my order. I waited over 45 mins and my order never went through. The store never tried to help me out. They told me to contact through the app to request a refund. Jack in the Box you guys can go pound sand for all I care.

So the first time I went, it wasn't bad. Not really great on the speed. The second time, I ordered through the app so it would be ready by the time I got there. Yeah no. They did not get the order for some reason and had to call the manager to get authorization to make the order. I got an attitude from one lady telling me to go ahead and request a refund and cancel the order. Woman. I want food. I paid you for said food. I wouldn't get my money back for at least up to five days and that still doesn't help the hunger situation. So what should have taken maybe 20 minutes tops if that turned into about an hour wait. Finally got my order and had to go back through the line cause I was missing an item. Then I went this morning. We were told that they were updating their system and they couldn't take our order. When we drove through to go around, we saw the systems were up but not logged into. No one was ready to work. This location says 24 hours. So either it's not 24 hours or this is the laziest location in the Denver metro area. I guess they didn't want to make money. It's all good by me. McDonald's next door to them wanted to make money, even if their food is sometimes dry, cold, and gross. At least I get to eat in the early morning hours. 1st trip: abt 6 AM. 2nd trip: abt 7 AM. 3rd trip: 4 to 4:30 AM.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!! Yesterday, I placed a pick up order on the Jack in the Box app. I arrived there 20 minutes after the order was placed thinking the order would be ready or at least in the making. Wrong, I arrived and the manager tells me that the order didn't exist and to wait to see what could be done. I even showed her my receipt and she confirmed, but again said that she couldn't find the order in the system. I waited more than 30 minutes for a solution and still the same thing that the order wasn't in the system and couldn't be made. I ended up leaving angry with no food and having to cancel the transaction with my bank. Terrible service; Burger King is much better and has a way better app.

Jack in the box just isn't what it used to be, or maybe it's just to me. Burger wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese, and tacos didn't have the salsa. Maybe it's because they're focused on the new tiny tacos promo. Either way, kind of upsetting.

It was alright. It was my first time having Jack in the Box. Not very impressive but quite cheap.
